Jasmine (Snape)

Ever since Muya planted a tiny jasmine flower in his old cauldron, Snape had embarked on a diligent journey of flower cultivation.

At first, however, he had not taken the frail little jasmine seriously.

But after the school term began, Muya forgot it at Spinner's End, that place shrouded in darkness.

When he left, he happened to glance at the jasmine one more time and took it with him. He merely thought Muya had forgotten it by accident, so he would bring it to Hogwarts and hand it over to her to care for.

After all, she was the one who had grown it. She ought to care for it herself.
