Background

Judgment was created by Papi after years of effort specifically to execute Magical Girls deemed traitors. She was designed as an artificial human with overwhelming combat ability against other Magical Girls, and Papi regarded her as its strongest overall creation. She was initially kept inside a silver hibernation pod until Papi activated her during the escalating conflict with the Monster Organization. 28 36

Papi assigned Judgment as Crimson Blade's partner in protecting Starry Sky City and eliminating the Monster Organization. Judgment immediately demonstrated the ability to extract and weaponize Magical Beast power, saving Crimson Blade from poison and preventing monsters from attacking civilians. 31

Although she initially behaved as an emotionless execution program, her encounters with Bai Yu changed her. After being struck by his magic, she began experiencing anger, pleasure, strategic ambition, and an obsessive need to defeat him. Papi recognized that Judgment had developed independent thought and intended to reset her once she was no longer useful. 38 39 45

Judgment eventually devised a plan to capture Bai Yu and make him emotionally dependent on her. Her attempt failed when Bai Yu reflected her Bewitching Eye Spider bullet back at her, causing the intended love effect to affect Judgment instead. She then entered the Monster Organization under the guise of a submissive servant while secretly continuing her plan to “raise” Bai Yu into someone dependent on her alone. 58 60 62

After Judgment's emotions and spider powers made her increasingly dangerous, Bai Yu exploited her fixation and captured her again. He erased most of her memories and regressed her intelligence, remaking her into a childlike girl who sees him as her father. 83 84 85

Judgment originally appears as a black-haired woman encased in mechanical black Mana Armor. Her armored helmet conceals most of her face, leaving glowing red eyes visible beneath its visor. 28 31 44

At first, Judgment speaks in mechanical terms such as “this unit,” calculates combat methods, and follows Papi's directives without apparent emotion. Her mission takes priority over all personal bonds; when Meng Yue endangers Crimson Blade, Judgment explicitly states that she has no partners and continues the operation. 36 37

Bai Yu's influence awakens emotions she was never meant to possess. Her desire to defeat him becomes jealousy, rage, pleasure at making him panic, and eventually possessive love. She is highly observant and can make accurate tactical deductions about Bai Yu's clones, but her fixation makes her vulnerable to manipulation. 39 45 46 58

While serving Bai Yu, Judgment outwardly acts polite, obedient, and tireless. Privately, she views Papi as worthless and intends to isolate Bai Yu from everyone else by consuming his emotions and making herself the only person he needs. 62 68 79 82
