The Great Sept was spotless, and even the statues of the Seven had been repainted, making them seem almost alive. The Father's golden beard shone in the sunlight, and the Maiden's pearl-adorned eyes appeared holy and innocent.

The characteristics of the Heavenly Mother, the Smith, the Warrior, the Crone, the Stranger, and the Seven are all highlighted.

The bishop who had traveled all the way from the Starry Sept was in charge of officiating Jon and Margaery's wedding; Tyrell had originally planned to use his financial power.

As a result, the Seven headquarters, the Starry Sept, seemed to sense the threat to the Red God's faith and decided to attend and appear at this important wedding.

Margaery the Highgarden Rose is renowned far and wide, and Jon's legendary life is destined to be told. To not attend such a high-profile wedding would be incredibly insensitive.

So when the bishop of Starry Sept offered to be Jon and Margaery's witness, even the Queen of Thorns was surprised.

The Great Sept was now filled with top dignitaries from the Seven Kingdoms.

Let's leave aside Queen Selyse; in fact, it might be more pleasant without her. A group of Florent conspicuously occupied a large space at the very front of the Great Sept.

According to custom, that place should have been where Catelyn attended with Sansa and Arya.

Apart from Selyse, High Septon Balost of the Starry Sept stood beneath the statue of the Seven, awaiting to officiate the ceremony and witness the marriage of Jon and Margaery.

Mace Tyrell, Lord of Highgarden and Warden of the South, Catelyn Oberyn of Sunspear, mother of the Prince of the North, and also represents Riverrun.

Below them were Rhaegar House Frey, representing Duke Walder of the Twins, and the House Estermont, representing the Vale.

As for the Earl, needless to say, he could knock down a whole bunch of people if he threw a brick into the Great Sept.

This wedding was the focus of attention across all Seven Kingdoms.

"Although Margaery didn't become queen, it seems the queen's wedding is just going to happen now." Olenna sat in her chair, waiting for Jon and Margaery to appear.

She said it in a low voice, and almost no one heard it, not even Alerie sitting next to her.

Olenna understood that the special treatment and attention Margaery received at her wedding was inseparable from Jon.

If Jon hadn't been so capable and hadn't captured Casterly Rock, Highgarden wouldn't have achieved such a grandeur.

Both she and the Mace had come to truly acknowledge Jon's abilities.

Although the Lannister have been destroyed, new conflicts seem to be slowly brewing.

Stannis's initial demand that Margaery marry Jon, and his subsequent grant of the Westerlands and Casterly Rock to Jon, was an attempt to weaken the Reach's power and wealth.

But things seemed to develop beyond everyone's expectations. Jon pacified the Westerlands in just three months and conquered Casterly Rock, which everyone considered an insurmountable barrier.

The money Highgarden lost was more than replenished by the Lannister treasury.

Stannis's only remaining leverage is that Jon's legitimacy to rule the Westerlands stems from him, and he can use this to make unlimited demands on Jon.

Olenna thought this was extremely unwise, but she also thought Stannis was really unlucky, never expecting Jon to give away so much of the treasure vault.

Olenna knew that such a large release of treasures would inevitably cause price fluctuations, and the wisest course of action would be to release them gradually.

"It seems this kid isn't good at everything. At least when it comes to managing wealth, Margaery will have to help him," Olenna thought to herself, though she felt a sense of satisfaction.

It's not good for someone to be proficient in everything; people who are too clever may not live long.

She looked around and saw the only discordant element in the wedding—a large group of Florent.

They surrounded Queen Selyse, occupying the position directly opposite the House Tyrell. Clearly, these people were still dreaming of seizing Highgarden, believing that just because their family had a queen, they could do whatever they wanted, even daring to speak disrespectfully to a duke.

The three Reach families of Tyrell, Hightower, Redwyne had long formed a blood alliance, not to mention that even without their intervention, simply sending Randyll Tarly would be no match for them.

"Today's groom is still the invincible White Wolf Knight." If they had even a shred of sense, they should be scheming for the positions of Hightower and House Redwyne, which are below House Tyrell.

Turning her gaze away from Florent and the others, Olenna saw Oberyn holding the hand of his illegitimate lover.

Dorne's culture differs from that of the rest of the Seven Kingdoms, and seeing that the two seemed to be quite affectionate, Olenna decided not to dwell on the matter.

She turned her attention to Catelyn, whose two daughters were excited and expectant. When she saw Sansa, she thought it would be wonderful if Sansa could marry Loras or Garlan.

Unfortunately, it's not the right time yet. However, as long as Jon can integrate the Westerlands as soon as possible, a powerful alliance will be formed Riverlands the North, the Westerlands, the Westerlands, and the Reach. Dorne might even be inclined to join their alliance because of his relationship with Willas and Jon.

This alliance will become the dominant force in Westeros, and Stannis and his crown will be utterly insignificant.

The only drawback is that this alliance lacks a leader with sufficient influence; this is their weakness.

Putting aside Stannis's abilities, his grandmother was Lerey Targaryen. This was the source of Baratheon's legitimacy to become king.

Jon may be a formidable fighter, but his background and experience are lacking. Although his status has been legalized, no one dares to call him Snow to his face, but his bastard birth is an indelible stain on his reputation.

Reach has enough heritage and experience, but its record in foreign wars is really not good.

The North and Dorne are located in remote areas.

There's also the harassment from the Iron Islands, but the successor to the Iron Islands seems to be Eddard's adopted son, which doesn't seem so bad.

Thinking of this, Olenna shook her head, putting the idea aside for the time being.

Although her mind was clearer than that of most people in the world, the aging of the body is beyond human control.

Olenna believed she wouldn't live to see that day. In her mind, seeing her granddaughter's child born, that is, seeing her great-grandchild, would be enough. There were few people in the world who could compare to her.

She looked at the seven statues and, in a daze, saw the scene of Mace and Alerie's wedding, and also seemed to see the scene of her own wedding with her deceased husband Luthor.

The elderly woman, who had lived a long life, unconsciously had tears welling up in her eyes.

"Mother! Mother? Jon and the others are here," Alerie reminded her from the side.

Olenna wiped her eyes with a handkerchief as she watched Margaery, wearing a veil, walk arm in arm with Jon as they approached the crowd.

Margaery was still wearing a light green dress, with a pale blue veil that perfectly matched the dress. She had inherited her mother's beauty, and after dressing up carefully, she naturally became the star of the day.

"After tonight, I'm afraid quite a few talented men will be heartbroken," Olenna said jokingly, glancing at her eldest grandson Willas, sitting beside her.

However, Willas did not respond. Usually, only Willas could handle her sharp tongue and jokes, and Willas seemed to enjoy it, never letting her grandmother's words fall flat.

But what's wrong with him today? He looks so serious!

Olenna remained impassive as she noticed him looking at Jon.

Jon's dress was indigo blue, and she was tall and graceful, appearing perfectly normal.

The next second, Jon also looked at Willas. Their eyes met, and they didn't exchange any words except for their gazes, but they seemed to have received some kind of signal.

Willas waved to a Flowers, who nodded and left the hall through a side door.

"What are those two boys plotting?" Olenna was very curious, but she didn't ask.

One of them was Margaery's husband, and the other was Margaery's brother; they certainly wouldn't be thinking of ruining the wedding.

As Jon and Margaery walked slowly forward, stepping on the petals scattered by the flower girls, they walked hand in hand toward the High Septon and the statue of the Seven.

During this process, music, flowers, cheers, and laughter together created a heavenly scene.

The two approached the High Septon together. Jon's right hand and Margaery's left hand intertwined, and the High Septon wrapped a white ribbon around their hands, symbolizing their union as one.

Unbeknownst to anyone, a massacre was taking place outside the Great Sept at that very moment.

In the stable, a man reeking of horse manure was pouring kerosene. He poured it on the straw and even on the horses' backs. The murky yellow liquid immediately emitted a pungent odor, and even the horses snorted and purred.

Just as he was about to pour more oil, two heavily armored knights beheaded him.

The smell of blood mixed with the smell of kerosene began to spread, but people quickly came forward to clean it up, rinsing the kerosene off the horses' backs with water and clearing away all the straw on the ground with a cart.

The entire process was smooth and efficient.

Meanwhile, in the other side of the Great Sept, the High Septon presiding over the wedding ceremony began to proclaim. "With the witness of the Seven, I unite the souls of these two people, making them one forever. Please stand facing each other and say your vows."

Guided by the High Septon, Jon and Margaery slowly turned to look at each other. Beams of light fell from the dome above their heads, illuminating them and giving them an air of holiness.

Meanwhile, on the other side, several other mute men were adding something to the drinks destined for the Great Sept by the light, while the cook and servants, who had been knocked unconscious, stood beside them.

They are well-trained and work seamlessly together, so dealing with ordinary people shouldn't be a problem for them.

Just as the group was about to take the drinks out of the kitchen, the guards blocked the door.

The tall figures of the Highgarden guards blocked out most of the light, making the kitchen dimly lit.

A series of clanging sounds of swords being drawn rang out, and blood splattered wildly in the kitchen.

"----This union of the young people was ordained by the Seven ----"

The wedding ceremony in the Great Sept continued as usual, and the High Septon's voice reverberated in everyone's ears, sounding as sacred as a divine pronouncement.

The entire Great Sept was completely silent except for the High Septon's voice.

Jon noticed out of the corner of his eye that when the High Septon spoke those words, Sansa repeated them almost verbatim, though without making a sound, her lip movements showed that she was quite proficient.

It seems she's practiced quite a bit in private.

Jon turned around so that his back was to Euron, but through his Golden Finger, he could sense that the black and red aura around Euron was flickering wildly, like a candle in the wind.

"Don't let them get away!" an officer in noticeably more finely armored armor shouted the order.

Euron's puppet sailors are scattered throughout Highgarden, and taking them all down at once will not be an easy task.

When these creatures, whether human or puppet, sensed their companions rapidly disappearing, they temporarily abandoned their plans and began to flee. However, Willas's arrangements were meticulous; they hadn't gone far when a group of archers blocked their path.

Before the mute sailors could react, they were already riddled with more than a dozen arrows. As soon as they fell, servants hauled their bodies away on carts and began cleaning up the bloodstains on the ground.

The wedding continued as planned, Jon kept his attention on Margaery, looking into her bright brown eyes. They spoke simultaneously, "Father, Smith, Warrior, Virgin Mary, Maiden, Crone, Stranger."

I belong to him/her, and she/he/she belongs to me, from this day forward, until death do us part.

Their voices blended together, echoing throughout the Great Sept and reaching the ears of everyone present.

"With this kiss, I declare my love and wish to call you my husband," Margaery said in a clear voice, gazing tenderly into Jon's eyes.

She felt she no longer cared about the House Frey girl; Margaery was confident in her looks and believed she could completely win over the man before her.

With this kiss, I declare my love and wish to take you as my wife.

Jon also read a desire to conquer in Margaery's eyes. In a sense, the two will become the closest and most special allies in the future.

Jon wouldn't hesitate to spend time and effort on her to ensure they were of one mind, thus avoiding a lot of trouble.

The vows were exchanged, their lips met in a kiss, and the crowd cheered.

Feeling those moist lips and smelling Margaery's sweet scent, Jon breathed a sigh of relief. Thankfully, his wedding hadn't gone wrong.

To be precise, no one actually died, since the puppets controlled by Euron were basically just mindless zombies.

As for Euron, let's lock him up for now and kill him after the wedding night.

Just then, a soft exclamation rang out from not far away. "Lord Aeron, Lord Aeron."

Jon reluctantly released Margaery's tongue and turned to look behind him.

That's not Euron!
