The soil and rocks vaporized the instant they came into contact with his bio-field. This wasn't digging; it was pure physical penetration!

With a dull, metallic cracking sound, Jiang Li felt his feet sink into the ground. His invincible kinetic energy had finally pierced through a ten-meter-thick layer of special Vibranium defense.

Upon impact, the surrounding emergency lights flickered a few times due to the vibration and emitted a buzzing sound.

Jiang Li straightened up, patted the dust off his trench coat, and looked up.

This is the underground S.H.I.E.L.D. Headquarters., completely erased from history.

But the scene before him caused Jiang Li's pupils to shrink slightly.

It's not because this place is heavily guarded, nor because it's awash in blood. It's because the scene here completely defies the physics of the universe!

This is not a normal three-dimensional space at all.

Jiang Li saw that the holographic desk in front of him was not placed on the ground, but was integrated directly with the ceiling; the staircase on the left was in an incomprehensible twisted spiral shape, which was obviously going up, but the end connected to the floor; a spilled cup of coffee was frozen in mid-air, the liquid no longer affected by gravity.

Jiang Li strode forward.

What's even more chilling are the people inside this base.

He was like a living relief sculpture. His eyes were still moving, and his chest was still rising and falling with his breath, but he was forever trapped inside the wall.

In the center of the hall, the bodies of more than a dozen agents were forcibly kneaded into a giant pretzel. Their limbs were intertwined, and even their internal organs had grown together, forming an abstract work of art made of flesh. They emitted weak groans, but could not die.

The mutated Reality Stone is like a three-year-old child who has gained supreme power. It has no sense of good or evil, and simply twists everything it can perceive at will.

Jiang Li ignored the half-dead relief agents and headed straight for the central control room at the deepest part of the base.

The door to the main control room does not exist; it has been transformed into a soft, liquid mirror.

Jiang Li walked straight through the lens and went inside.

Inside the main control room, a massive supercomputer was still running. In front of the screen, with his back to Jiang Li, sat a one-eyed black man wearing a black trench coat and an eye patch.

Nick Fury, Director of S.H.I.E.L.D..

"Nick Fury," Jiang Li called out softly.

The seat slowly rotated around.

Jiang Li's eyes turned slightly cold.

Sitting there, Nick Fury had no face at all. Or rather, his features had been completely smoothed out, leaving only a smooth, white skin.

Nick Fury, who had no mouth, suddenly raised a tactical writing tablet.

With his only functional hand, he quickly wrote a line on the board and then pointed it at Jiang Li.

The supercomputer screen in the control room suddenly emitted a piercing beep and instantly turned crimson!

On the screen, no image of any monster appeared; only a huge, extremely distorted red warning code was flashing wildly.

The ultimate source of the mutation— the Reality Stone —finally detected Jiang Li as an intruder. Instead of sending any monsters, it took direct action, intending to forcibly "erase" the coordinates of the space where Jiang Li was located.

Jiang Li stood amidst the highly poisonous miasma, his physical body enduring the tearing force of the laws of reality. The watch face on his left wrist erupted with an unprecedentedly violent green light.
