"Hey!! I'm a customer! A customer who paid!!"
Fullbody planted one foot on a chair and roared at Sanji in front of him, spittle flying everywhere.
It was as if he wanted to vent all the frustration and anger he had bottled up earlier right here.
He felt a wave of satisfaction in his heart!
Damn it, I can't mess with that red-eyed freak of a pirate, but can't I at least teach a lowly restaurant cook a lesson?!
However, faced with his fury, Sanji merely held a cigarette between his lips, head lowered, his bangs covering half his face. His voice was low and cold:
"Can... money fill your stomach..."
"Huh?"
Fullbody froze for a moment. Hearing that gloomy tone and seeing the inexplicable aura emanating from the other man, he inexplicably felt a trace of nervousness.
But he quickly came to his senses. He was a Marine captain!
Enraged by embarrassment, he slammed the table again and roared:
"What nonsense are you talking about?! I am—"
"Bang!!"
Before he could finish, a black blur flashed before his eyes.
Without any warning, Sanji leaped up and drove a fierce kick into Fullbody's jaw.
"Pwah!"
Fullbody flew backward like a sandbag, crashing through the table behind him.
Before he even hit the ground, Sanji had already stepped forward and seized his collar with one hand, forcibly lifting him off the floor.
Cold fury filled Sanji's exposed eye as he stared Fullbody down.
"I'm asking you—can money fill your stomach?!"
The sudden violence stunned everyone in the restaurant.
The diners screamed and scrambled away, and the once elegant dining area instantly became a complete mess.
Watching from the doorway, Nami could not help opening her mouth wide as she muttered:
"Th-this... what is going on...? Why are the cooks here fiercer than pirates?"
"You bastard brat! You're at it again, Sanji!!"
Just then, another rough roar came from ahead.
A burly, muscular cook dressed in black chef's attire came charging over with a huge fork in hand. It was Patty, and he roared at Sanji:
"What are you doing to our customer?! You violent cook!"
"What are you talking about? Don't just call me by my name, you bastard, Patty."
Sanji glanced back at him, his gaze still ice-cold.
"You stinking cook have no right to call me a stinking cook! No customers means no restaurant! Are you trying to ruin this place?!" Patty roared.
"So what if he's a customer?"
Sanji did not give an inch. Instead, his tone grew even colder:
"This guy not only wasted precious food, he insulted the dishes a chef poured his heart and soul into. That's why I'm teaching him a lesson."
As he spoke, Sanji tossed Fullbody to the floor like garbage.
"Cough, cough..."
Fullbody clutched his injured jaw and climbed to his feet, his face twisted viciously.
Looking at the fierce-looking cooks surrounding him, the fear in his heart turned into crazed hysteria.
"What cooks... What kind of cooks are you people?!"
He pointed at Sanji, his eyes bloodshot as he shouted:
"I'm a Marine captain! I'll destroy this restaurant! I'll contact the government right now! I'll have the military come and blow this place flat!!"
The moment he heard "destroy this restaurant," Sanji's expression became terrifying. A demonic killing intent erupted from him.
"If that's the case, then I can only kill you right now!!"
The cigarette tip between Sanji's lips flickered as he walked toward Fullbody step by step. "Who the hell do you think you are, you bastard?!"
"Hey! Sanji! Stop!"
"Calm down!"
Several nearby cooks turned pale in fright and rushed over, desperately wrapping their arms around Sanji's waist and arms to hold him back.
"Let me go! Let me kill this food-wasting bastard!"
At the doorway.
"Ah... they're really going to fight."
Watching the chaotic scene, Nami rubbed her forehead in exasperation and tugged on Victor's sleeve beside her.
"Hey, Victor, let's pay to get Luffy back and leave as soon as possible.
"This restaurant is way too abnormal. I have a feeling we'll get dragged into serious trouble."
Victor, however, leaned against the doorframe. Looking at the blond cook with curled eyebrows, a smile curled across his lips.
"No, isn't this pretty interesting?"
"What exactly is interesting about it?!" Nami shouted at him in despair.
"Rumble!!!"
At that moment, a tremendous crash suddenly came from the ceiling overhead. The boards split apart, and dust filled the air.
Two tangled figures, accompanied by a shower of splintered wood, fell straight down from the second floor and smashed heavily into the center of the restaurant.
"Cough, cough... What happened this time?!"
"W-what happened? Is it an enemy attack?"
The restaurant descended into another wave of panic. The diners were at a loss after one "surprise" after another.
Some diners were so frightened that they even crawled beneath the tables.
As the dust settled.
"Luffy!!"
Nami looked at the figure in the Straw Hat climbing out of the wreckage, and joy immediately appeared on her face.
The other cooks also got a clear look at the other person and cried out in surprise:
"Boss?! What are you doing?!"
The one-legged head chef Zeff was glaring at Luffy, eyes wide.
"Ah, Victor, Nami! Hehehe, you came to save me!"
Luffy picked up the Straw Hat that had fallen beside him, dusted it off, and grinned at the two standing at the door, completely oblivious to the trouble he had caused.
But then Zeff angrily grabbed him by the collar.
"You bastard brat! This is all your fault!"
Zeff pointed at the gaping hole above them, his beard bristling with rage.
"My restaurant's ceiling! It was just repaired! This is all your fault! Pay up!!"
"Huh?! It was you, old man, who kicked me just now and crashed into it!!" Luffy retorted unhappily. "You're half responsible too!"
"Shut up! In my restaurant, what I say goes!"
While the two argued, the cooks holding Sanji back were nearly unable to restrain him anymore and could not help crying for help:
"Boss! Forget the ceiling for now! Come stop Sanji first! He's going to kill someone!"
"Hm?"
Zeff turned his head, his gaze immediately locking onto Sanji, who was radiating killing intent and preparing to strike.
"Sanji... you brat! Are you causing trouble in the restaurant again?"
"Stop nagging, old man."
Though Sanji retorted, the moment he saw Zeff's dark expression, he still stopped moving instinctively, clicked his tongue, and turned his head away.
"What did you say?! Who do you think you're talking to?! This is my restaurant, you brat!"
As he spoke, Zeff did not hesitate in the slightest. His hard wooden leg turned into a blur and viciously kicked Sanji in the face.
"Bang!"
Sanji was sent flying, rolling several times before coming to a stop.
This string of violent incidents completely shattered Fullbody's worldview.
He sat on his knees on the ground, cold sweat pouring down his face. Looking at these cooks who seemed even more like pirates than actual pirates, his teeth would not stop chattering.
"This restaurant... what the hell is going on...? It's practically a pirate ship..."
He wanted to run, but his legs were too weak for him to stand.
"Hey, you mangy-haired punk."
Suddenly, a familiar voice—the kind that haunted his nightmares—drifted eerily from the side.
Fullbody's body stiffened violently. Then, like a rusted machine, he slowly turned his head bit by bit.
What entered his view was Victor, leaning against the doorframe and smiling at him.
Those signature red eyes gleamed with mockery.
"Ah... ah... you..."
Fullbody's pupils instantly shrank to pinpoints, and his body began trembling violently. The arrogance he had shown before Sanji vanished without a trace.
Why was this demon here too?!
"Why aren't you getting lost already?"
Victor tilted his head, his voice gentle. "Or do you want me to cripple your other hand too?"
"Yes! Yes! I'll get lost right now!!"
Fullbody let out a terrified scream, his will to survive exploding forth at once.
Using both hands and feet, he scrambled and crawled toward the entrance at astonishing speed.
He did not even spare a glance for his female companion, Moodie, who was still sitting on the ground in a daze. He simply forgot her where she was.
The restaurant immediately became much quieter.
"Hm?"
Having dealt with the family matter, Zeff turned around and looked past Luffy toward Victor and Nami at the entrance.
His gaze sharpened as he sized the two of them up.
"Who... are you two?"
