Humanistic Network Shatters the Arhat Formation

The golden light split into one hundred and eight streams. Within each stood a golden-bodied Arhat, each with a different appearance, yet all radiating majestic, surging auras and breaths of different hues. They occupied their own corners like rows of fences, enclosing the entire Stove Mountain.

Yet their bodies were not solid. They were filled with a strange power, one Qiu Yan found somewhat unfamiliar, though not wholly unknown. Back when he had clashed with the Buddhist Sect at the southern foothills of Nine Spirits Mountain, he had fought a Living Buddha who had wielded precisely this power.

This power was called "True Words." It resembled the thoughts used in sacrifice, yet was purer.

"To fill Divine Spirit Bodies with the power of True Words means that those descending here are projections rather than true bodies. Still, to send down one hundred and eight Divine Spirit Projections at the peak of Third Grade all at once, and arrange them into a formation—this truly is a grand gesture."

Atop Stove Mountain, beneath the Yin-Yang Pagoda, Qiu Yan looked at the golden light filling the sky and gently shook his head.

As his thoughts turned, the one hundred and eight Arhat projections transformed into one hundred and eight stars. They linked together, their auras unevenly interwoven, forming an enormous formation in the heavens.

Glowing lines stretched through the air, suspending the formation diagram aloft and blotting out part of the sky. Its overwhelming force crashed down upon Stove Mountain, blossoming with an intent to sever Heaven and Earth and extract all things from the world!
