Planning for the Time Stone

As the first Sorcerer Supreme and one of the Trinity of Vishanti, Agamotto was still observing the world from some corner of the multiverse. He had his own selection process for successors, and whoever earned his approval would become the new Sorcerer Supreme.

Whomever this new Sorcerer Supreme gave the Time Stone to was his own business. Agamotto would not interfere. He could give it to Thanos, or to Director Daisy. Agamotto's sights were set on the multiverse, not a single universe.

While recently examining Hydra's assets and her own, Daisy realized she had been trapped in a misunderstanding. The organization of the Sorcerer Supreme was equivalent to Hydra, while Ancient One was equivalent to her, Director Daisy. The two could not be equated completely. She still had a chance of obtaining the Time Stone.

"What exactly is it that you want?" Doctor Doom asked curiously.

Daisy only smiled without answering. Doctor Doom was a hidden piece on the board; he might come in handy someday.

A few days ago, Ancient One had fooled her with the option of taking on a disciple. In truth, Wanda could participate in the selection for this title even without becoming Ancient One's disciple. Any magic user could participate.

But she did not want to force Wanda to do something she was unwilling to do. Matching wits and courage with a group of cunning old sorcerers who had lived for centuries was not suited to Wanda.

Those sorcerers' gatherings definitely would not let Director Daisy tag along carrying two giant axes. Thinking of Wanda facing a whole crowd of enemies alone made her worry.

Wanda was powerful enough—after all, she could block five-Gem Thanos with one hand—but her weakness was obvious as well. Her personality simply did not enjoy fighting.
