Through everyone's combined efforts, an uncountable number of trojans were dumped onto the internet. The already chaotic network became unusable for ordinary people. Opening any webpage at random would trigger dozens of pop-ups—some asking for money, some claiming they had won prizes, and some promising the development of new energy sources.

Having learned his lesson, Ultron feared being beaten up by Ant-Man again and steadily retreated across the network.

As S.H.I.E.L.D. squeezed Ultron's operational space worldwide, the super artificial intelligence began to strike back.

"New Delhi is under attack."

"Mechanical soldiers are fiercely attacking Berlin."

"The Canadian Air Force is requesting assistance."

Director Daisy's attention had always been on her own mechanical soldiers. Hill and many senior S.H.I.E.L.D. officials were also focused on Skye Industries—partly to flatter her, and partly because its reputation preceded it.

But they had all overlooked one thing: Stark had secretly built quite a few mechanical soldiers himself. With no shortage of materials, once the assembly lines started up, he could make as many as he wanted.

Stark had learned S.H.I.E.L.D.'s fine traditions. He had diverted corporate funds behind the board's back and privately established three Mechanical Soldier production facilities.

Stark did not have Daisy's vast number of subordinates, nor did he possess Director Fury's talent for fooling people. He trusted machines more than humans, so all three facilities were fully automated, without a single person in sight. Now, they had all fallen into Ultron's hands.

Daisy sighed. Comrade Tony Stark had added embezzlement to his previous crimes against humanity and national security. He could look forward to spending the rest of his life in prison.

A huge number of mechanical soldiers bearing the Stark logo took to the streets, killing anyone they saw. Every moving target became their prey.
