Arc 9The Elegia Catastrophe

Sephiroth consolidated his power in Wano while relocating villagers and drawing closer to Yamato and Kozuki Hiyori. He saved Uta during the Elegia disaster, took responsibility for her, and obtained the Op-Op Fruit as Yamato prepared to challenge Kaido again.

  • Kurozumi Orochi offered Sephiroth control of Wano’s underworld if he pledged allegiance, and Sephiroth accepted before building the Miyamoto Family into a powerful force.

Arc 10Sephiroth Faces Kaido

Sephiroth left Wano with its refugees and Yamato, then killed Queen during an assault on Hanasu Island. Kaido retaliated by attacking G-5, and Sephiroth fought him while the Marines withdrew and the news spread to those close to him.

  • Sengoku questioned Sephiroth about his resignation, while Sephiroth told Gion he was tired of serving in the Marines and considered negotiating over Butcher Blade.
  • Doflamingo killed Chuck and fought Kaido, then surrendered with his officers and began planning to regain his freedom and power.
