Everyone understood who would lose and who would gain from that exchange.
Mega Sceptile understood as well, so the instant it slashed out with Leaf Blade, it retreated.
Leaf Blade failed to hit Hydreigon, but Hydreigon's Ice Fang also missed by a hair, avoided by Mega
