Snorlax happily narrowed its eyes, nodded at the snack stall owner, and gave him a thumbs-up.
"What did he say?"
The snack stall owner did not understand what Snorlax meant, but Lu Ze did.
Lu Ze laughed. "He said what you made is delicious too."
"Hahaha!"
The owner immediately burst into cheerful laughter. "Of course it is! This is a family recipe passed down to me from my dad's generation!"
Lu Ze and the others paused when they saw the owner's proud expression.
They did not know whether they had misunderstood him or whether the owner had some misconception about the phrase "family recipe."
Could something passed down from one's own father really count as ancestral?
