After eating the breakfast Audino had prepared, Lu Ze took Riolu, Victini, and the others toward the Breeding Garden.
He was going to inspect his territory.
Over the course of a meal, Victini and Dratini's more outgoing personalities had helped them become somewhat familiar with Riolu.
At the very least, Riolu was no longer quite so easily embarrassed.

After arriving at the Breeding Garden, Audino took Happiny to distribute food to the newborn Pokémon.
As for the other Pokémon species that had lived here before the Breeding Garden was established, there was no need to worry about them for now.
After living here for so long, they naturally had their own sources of food.
If they came over, they would naturally receive food as well.
But if they did not come—
Lu Ze's Breeding Garden was fairly large. If they really had to search for them one by one, even an entire day might not be enough to make sure they all got breakfast.

Happiny happily held out his hand to Riolu, wanting to bring him down to play.
