Instead, it is controlled through some method I do not know. Furthermore, an ordinary puppet could never remain standing after taking a direct punch from Lady Tsunade. Yet this puppet does not seem to be seriously damaged, which means its material is not something we normally know of."
If Feng Xun had been here, he would certainly have been shocked by Minato's analysis. As far as he knew, the only people capable of controlling puppets without chakra threads were wielders of the Rinnegan.
After Minato finished speaking, the puppet controlled by Nora fell silent for a long time.
