Kaido! Have You Ever Been Kicked at the Speed of Light?

That waterspout had left him weak just moments ago, and he still hadn't recovered.

Now there was another one. If it struck him, he would probably grow even weaker.

Kaido turned and blasted toward one of the waterspouts.

His enormous blast of fire collided with the waterspout, sending a deafening roar across the sky. Seawater evaporated where fire met water, hissing as steam filled the air.

When the steam finally cleared, the flames covering Kaido's body had been extinguished.

Damn it. Seawater again. I hate it!

Drenched in seawater once more, Kaido felt his strength ebb. He had barely recovered from the last time.

"Dragon, you brat, I'll kill you first! That ability of yours is a real pain!"

Kaido flew straight toward Dragon. But after using that last move, Dragon was weak himself.

Dragon gritted his teeth. He knew he couldn't withstand a blow from Kaido in his current state. His only choice was to flee.

Dragon flew off to the side, but he was no match for Kaido's speed now. Kaido closed in fast. Mu Chen spotted Dragon panting in the distance and grew anxious.

"Kamui!" Mu Chen tried to use Kamui to send Dragon away, but a sharp pain shot through his left eye. No. I've used too much energy. He had used Kamui repeatedly, each time at a greater cost—especially when he had sent that enormous blast of fire away. He immediately tried to rush over and help, but in his current condition, even that effort fell short.
