Red Skull had been in a foul mood lately. Hydra had grown ever stronger thanks to the energy weapons developed by Dr. Zola and had occupied more territory, but then an unexpected obstacle had appeared. No, it was Captain America. Because of that shield-carrying idiot, Hydra's bases had been having an increasingly difficult time. Worse still, Red Skull had somehow offended Umbrella Corporation. The atmosphere in the conference room was stifling. Unlike the others, Tang Tian showed no change in expression after learning the situation and merely spoke calmly.
