Its main system was intended to be a fusion of the Red Queen, the Mechanical Emperor, Transcendence, VIKI, and Skynet. Due to limitations in technology and resources, they could only mass-produce powerful weapons such as biological weapons, clone armies, laser weapons, and electromagnetic weapons.

Tang Xing and Tang Tian planned to travel to other worlds and obtain their knowledge and resources. For example, the first mechanical movie world Tang Tian would visit after awakening would be I, Robot, which contained intelligent multifunctional civilian robots, Sonny, who possessed emotions, the supercomputer VIKI, and other such things.

Inuyasha had the Shikon Jewel and the genes of all kinds of immortal demons.

Starship Troopers had faster-than-light spaceships, Q-bombs, and Arachnids.

Lucy had cPh4; Limitless had nzT-48; Chronicle had Superpower Crystals; and Predators, Back to the Future, The Time Machine, The Fifth Element, the game Left 4 Dead, Pacific Rim, Judge Dredd, The Mummy, A.I. Artificial Intelligence, The Thirteenth Floor, The War of the Worlds, Underworld, Blade, Transformers, and countless other films and games contained endless weapons and resources. All kinds of knowledge and useful genes were things Tang Tian could plunder.

"Sure enough, the Empire lacks everything right now. Tang Tian, when are you going to wake up? Hurry up and get up so we can plunder resources." Tang Xing had just ordered the Red Queen to download the plan for plundering other worlds from his mind when he spoke without the slightest concern for his image.

"Call President Roosevelt for me." At the New York City headquarters, the clone who was also Tang Tian's avatar gave the order. In truth, he was one of the pieces Tang Tian's main body had left behind after departing the real world, intended to strike certain countries and collect various metals. Over the past few years, from the successful end of World War II until now, they had collected more than fifty billion tons of various metal resources. Once the advanced technology was fully acquired, the Iron Empire Plan could begin.

Sure enough, the president's call was connected quickly. A relaxed voice came through the phone. "Mr. Donners, this is Roosevelt. We can agree to your request, but we need some of your technology."

Tang Tian's avatar fell silent briefly before speaking. "Then, Mr. President, what technology from my company do you need?" Tang Tian asked calmly, pretending to think it over.

"We need supersonic battleship technology and cross magnetic levitation technology," Roosevelt said bluntly. What he did not know was that Tang Tian had deliberately had his representatives provide that information. Furthermore, Roosevelt wanted Howard Stark to establish the Department of Homeland Resources and the Strategic Department. He needed a secure location from which to command them—the future sky battleship—so he needed Umbrella's classified technology.

"No problem. Besides that, we also need a large amount of metal resources. The price is negotiable," Tang Tian said casually after hearing Roosevelt agree.

"Very good, Mr. Donners. A pleasure working with you," Roosevelt said happily over the phone, as though he had finally taken advantage of the Umbrella Corporation. But Umbrella was not so easy to exploit. Tang Tian's principle when selling things was that most of what he sold others were watered-down versions, vastly inferior to the originals.
