The Boss and Tashigi

Being able to name the market prices of swords so precisely, the man before them was undoubtedly an expert with a deep understanding of blades. This discovery gave the two of them a slight favorable impression of each other.

The boss stared at Moke, seemingly trying to see more beneath his outward appearance. After a while, the corner of his mouth rose in a faint smile, and he said softly, "Please wait a moment." Before his words had even faded, he turned and hurried into a room behind the counter.

Not long after, the boss reappeared before them, but this time he held something extra—the sword known as Yubashiri. He carefully cradled Yubashiri in his hands as though it were an incomparably precious treasure. Then he walked up to Moke, solemnly handed it over, and said, "From this moment on, it belongs to you!"

Moke gazed at Yubashiri before him and secretly rejoiced. The sword was exquisitely made, its edge sharp, and it radiated a distinctive chill that made it hard to look away. Almost every man would feel fondness for such a blade. After all, who had not dreamed of becoming a wandering hero or swordsman as a child?

Now that Moke had achieved his goal, he naturally had no intention of lingering here any longer. His ambitions stretched far beyond this place. His stage lay upon the vast Grand Line and in the New World. Those lands were full of unknowns and challenges, and only there could he truly display his strength and worth.

Upon hearing Moke's words, the boss and Tashigi's eyes both flashed at nearly the same time, as though they had suddenly discovered an enormous treasure hidden in the darkness—one that radiated an enticing glow and drew them to explore and uncover it.
