Lin Yan smiled as he looked at the Five Elders before him.

"You want to protect that Fish-Man?"

The Five Elder leaning on a cane narrowed his eyes.

"More or less. He saved me once, and I'm the kind of person who believes in repaying kindness."

Lin Yan spread his hands, showing no intention of hiding it.

Everyone present was intelligent.

As the highest authorities of the World Government, the Five Elders could not possibly be fools. Too much explanation might instead give them something to use against him.

Lin Yan understood that very well.

"...Very well."

Seemingly surprised by Lin Yan's frankness, the other Five Elders paused before readily nodding.

Compared to the man before them and his incomprehensible abilities, a mere Fish-Man was utterly insignificant.

This was called sitting down to negotiate.

"What can you give us?"

The Five Elder with the cane spoke directly.

They were indeed wary of Lin Yan's strange abilities, but since he had come here, he must have wanted something. At least, that was what the Five Elders believed.

So long as the Celestial Dragons' interests were not harmed, the now-calm Five Elders did not mind making a deal with Lin Yan. Naturally, the Celestial Dragons' reputation had to be restored afterward.

For instance, they could recruit the man before them, then find a scapegoat to display their authority.

There were countless ways to do that. After all, no one knew his true identity, did they?
