Witch-Demon Race Plots Against the Human Race, Part Two

"Hm?" Dijun's eyes suddenly lit up. His brows relaxed, and he nodded. "That is indeed not a bad idea!"

Guiche was overjoyed at his words and was just about to volunteer to lead troops to wipe out the Human Race when Dijun abruptly changed the subject. "However, there is no need to rush this matter. Since we are troubled over the Human Race, those Witch Race people who believe they will dominate the Primordial Wilderness in three thousand years must be even more anxious than we are. Why not wait and see what moves the Witch Race makes?"

Dijun swept his gaze over the pillars of the Demon Race below. Though he appeared to be asking a question, there was an unquestionable force in his tone!

The Great Demons naturally understood. At once, they respectfully replied, "Your Majesty is wise!"

"Hm!" Dijun nodded in satisfaction. Just as he was about to rise and return to his own palace, an immortal official rushed in from outside the Soaring Firmament Palace and knelt before Dijun. "Your Majesty, a minor demon from the lower realm seeks an audience outside the hall. He says he has urgent news to report!"

Before Dijun could speak, Guiche, the demon god who had just been praised by Dijun, immediately leaped forth and rebuked him. "Hmph, a mere minor demon from the lower realm actually entered through the Southern Heavenly Gate! Who was on guard at the Southern Heavenly Gate today? How could he let just anyone into the Heavenly Palace? I shall punish him properly! And throw that minor demon out! What important news could a mere minor demon possibly have?"

Guiche was eager to show off and had snatched Dijun's words in the heat of the moment. This had clearly violated a sovereign's greatest taboo!

The
