Fang Yun froze for a moment, then looked up. The crowns of two enormous apricot trees met overhead like two giant parasols, forming a dome of blossoms and leaves.
"A Little Apricot Altar?"
Fang Yun swept his gaze over the people before him.
Every one of them had left their chairs and sat on the ground.
Their buttocks rested on their heels, their hands lay on their knees, and their upper bodies were straight. This was formal sitting, or kneeling sitting, rather than kneeling in submission.
As times changed, people on the Saint Origin Continent rarely sat this way except on special occasions. There were exceptions, however, such as paying homage to Sage Kong, attending a Half-Sage's lecture, or listening to a teacher's instruction.
Fang Yun nodded slightly and understood at once. He had just explained far too many ideas ahead of their time. Though they had not formed a Sacred Way, they had already resonated with it. Combined with his earlier accumulation, this meant he could advance to Great Scholar at any moment, and he had also formed the legendary Little Apricot Altar.
Joy filled Fang Yun's heart. The significance of a Little Apricot Altar was extraordinary. Many Half-Sages had never formed one in their entire lives, and some had even brooded over that failure.
Establishing a Little Apricot Altar could provide tremendous help to one's Sacred Way.
Many Great Scholars had analyzed this in the past and concluded that an Apricot Altar was essentially the overflow of a Sacred Way's manifested power, which happened to be absorbed by the power of apricot trees. If an Apricot Altar endured, it amounted to continually strengthening the lecturer's Sacred Way.
Fang Yun looked across those pairs of shining eyes. At this moment, every person's heart was utterly pure, as though they
