Early the next morning.
When Li Wei woke, the ceiling looked unfamiliar.
It took him a moment to remember what had happened last night.
May had been incredible. She was wild.
Even Maria Hill couldn't compare.
When he reached the living room, May had already made breakfast. Like a gentle wife, she straightened his collar.
"Go wash up. I've got everything ready for you."
She told Li Wei, "Come eat when you're done."
Li Wei nodded. The toothbrush and towel were both new.
She really was thoughtful.
After washing up, he sat down to breakfast. It was American food, but he enjoyed every bite.
He was used to it. 2B often made this sort of breakfast too.
But did May's taste better than 2B's?

After breakfast, May straightened Li Wei's clothes again and sprayed a little perfume on him.
He wasn't used to being fussed over, but he didn't object. He stood like a robot and let May do as she pleased.
"All right, I need to get to work too. Remember to come back early..."
May had been about to tell him to come home early.

May smiled and didn't refuse.
Downstairs, Bumblebee was still parked where they had left him.
Once they got in, May saw 2B and Eve too.
She knew about the two women, of course, but she still asked curiously, "Were they here all night?"
"Yes. Thanks for the effort, you two."
Li Wei spoke to 2B and Eve.
They might be androids, but that didn't mean he should overwork them.
Next time, he would let them go back and rest earlier.
