Ian did not leave this universe, but was hiding somewhere to analyze the data he had just obtained. With the help of Morgana, he quickly classified the items and focused on the core information.

Ian starts from the course <Cosmic Science and Higher-Dimensional Physiology>, which is one of the core courses that all Gallifreyans who want to become Time Lord must pass.

Through this course, Ian was able to get a glimpse of Time Lord's understanding of the universe and time, and the evolution process from their origin stage to their peak period.

"Huh, there's so much content," Ian muttered to himself after reading it.

"Haha," Morgana chuckled. "What's wrong?"

"Although you don't say it, deep down in your heart you have always believed that magic is superior to science and technology. Now, can you still say the same thing?"

Ian smiled awkwardly, because he knew she was right. Time Lord has indeed broadened the boundaries of science and technology.

A perfect example of their achievements is Dematerialisation Gun - a weapon that can erase people from the timeline, making it feel like they never existed. Only after taking control of Law of Time was he able to do this.

Additionally, Dematerialisation Gun is not the only method created by Time Lord to manipulate reality and erase people from time.

"Once we finish analyzing the data of this universe, Empire's science and technology will approach the level of magic," Ian commented.

"Indeed," House-elf nodded, and the two continued their work. Their research focus turned to TARDIS and its engineering miracle of harnessing time energy. Ian learned a lot in the process, and made great progress in understanding and applying Law of Time.

Once he finished this work, he started working on OMNI Gate Project (Project OMNI Gate), which was his attempt to create a portal connecting the two universes scattered in Void.

Ian's path will not leave Astral Universe and enter Void like Wizard Race did. Instead, he will open portals to other universes while retaining his original universe as his main base. Therefore, he will need high-level technology to avoid the dangers of Void.

For years, the project remained on paper, lacking substantial progress. That changed after Ian acquired Rick Sanchez's Portal Gun, who made significant progress.

His idea was to create a portal liquid that would combine Rick's technology with Void Energy's, allowing him to navigate Infinity's Void like he was in his own back garden.

After studying the evolution of TARDIS technology from the earliest prototypes to new versions, he had some new ideas.

The Void Portal Fluid he will create may play a similar role to Time Vortex, establishing a unique time tunnel or Void tunnel between the two universes.

"This works," Morgana said, looking at the new progress of the project. "But it's not enough."

"Yes, but as long as we keep improving it's a good thing." Ian believes that he can succeed after this time journey.

"What to watch next?"

"The biological characteristics of Time Lord," Morgana explained, and then showed him a blueprint, and Ian's eyes immediately focused on it.

"They can be said to be the definers of the time race," Ian said excitedly. Time Lord can see into the past, present and future through the time energy woven into their DNA and every cell in their bodies.

They are immune to Time Stop and any time-related anomalies. More importantly, they can change fixed points on the timeline, making them non-causal. Not to mention their ability to regenerate as a form of healing, which grants each Time Lord 12 lives.

"These Time Lords live up to their name," Morgana commented, and Ian knew what she meant. Time Lords can alter a timeline, rather than create a new one in their universe. All Time Lords in this universe possess this ability.

"If my guess is correct, these Time Lord are immune to the laws of Time Custodians," Ian commented enviously.

"No need to envy; we have their Life Code and can copy it."

"That makes sense. Add them to Ultimate Magical Body," Ian nodded excitedly. Once he creates the perfect way to break Soul Limitation, he can condense his Ultimate Magical Body to gain one of the top magical talents in Omniverse.

"Okay, but we have to deal with the problems that come with rebirth."

The drawback of Time Lord's rebirth is that they will get a new face and a new personality.

"The process of rebirth slightly alters their DNA and also changes the chemicals in their brain, thus causing changes in appearance and personality. We should have absolute control over our bodies, so this won't be a problem. However, there is a possibility that this process will affect the soul."

Ian doesn't think Gallifreyans can't solve such a simple problem. The physical laws of this universe are not aimed at the soul, but at the brain. However, his situation is different and he needs to be prepared for this possibility.

"Let's do some tests," Ian said, and they started the experiment immediately. The results were similar to Time Lord in this universe. Due to the presence of magic and [Qi] in the body, the appearance of the clone did not change.

"Their souls have changed, which has led to changes in personality," Ian commented. "Even their magic marks have changed. What is the reason?" He had conducted experiments on the relationship between time and souls, and this anomaly should not occur.

"Time is alive," Morgana said suddenly.

"You mean, time in this universe is a living creature?"

"Not exactly, more accurately, it has a faint consciousness. Therefore, during rebirth, this consciousness will affect organic matter, including the soul."

"Do we have time energy from the mother universe?"

"Yes, but they should have been contaminated by the laws here."

"You'll know after you try it."

The experiment continued and the results were the same. However, the inference of Morgana was proved to be correct.

Ian groaned, this experience can be regarded as a lesson. In the future, they cannot let everything they bring to the new world automatically adapt to local laws, so that they can conduct controlled experiments like this.

"Let's continue this experiment until we get out of here."

"Okay. So, what's next?"

"There are still a few things to do," Ian said before starting the next step. He stole Daleks's technology, and its level was comparable to Time Lord.

If Gallifreyans's technology is based on time and space, then Daleks's technology is purely based on destruction - including the erasure of time and space.

He stole information from Cybermen, who represent the pinnacle of robotics and cybernetics technology. He collected biological samples called "Silence", which is naturally gifted with memory erasure and hypnosis.

In the end, Ian went to great lengths to capture Weeping Angels, one of the most feared species in this universe. Being touched by these statue-like creatures will transport you back in time, while they feed on the time energy of a life you would have otherwise spent.

He became interested in their ability, known as Quantum Locking, which turns them into statues whenever someone looks at them. He believed that if he could harness this ability, it would be the perfect addition to his squad of assassins.

Imagine a group of assassins who become invisible as long as you look at them. While this may sound like a common Disillusionment Charm slang, the mechanics are much more than that. In Wizarding World, there are many ways to "see" a person - including through the tracks of destiny. This ability can handle all of these detection methods.

After everything was ready, Ian boarded his Floating City and headed to the next destination.
