Huo Wu, the Big Sis

"Let's get acquainted first. This young lady is named Huo Wu, and she's your uncle's niece."

"Hello, Sister Huo Wu!"

Lin Huo could tell that Huo Tian had put a great deal of effort into persuading Huo Wu, so he did not want to stir up any conflict. Going along with Huo Wu's temperament, he respectfully addressed her as the big sis.

Huo Wu was sizing up the fair-faced Lin Huo when she suddenly heard him respectfully call her Sister Huo Wu. She immediately lifted her chin proudly and put her hands on her hips, looking as though her tail were about to stick up into the sky.

"Hehe, little brother, you know what you're doing. From now on, just call me Little Huo, like Uncle does.

From now on, you're my, Huo Wu's, little brother. If any arrogant fool at the academy dares to bully you, just tell them my name. Let's see who dares not acknowledge me as the big sis!"

"Okay, Sister Huo Wu! Thank you, Big Sis!"

Lin Huo could tell that Huo Wu loved flattery. He had no desire to fuss with a little brat, and had already decided to keep up the sweet talk to ensure an easy life from now on.

Lin Huo remained where he was, pondering Huo Tian's strange behavior, looking as though he were standing there in a daze.

But before Lin Huo could think for long, he suddenly felt someone take his right hand, while the burden on his body also grew much lighter.

When he came back to himself, Huo Wu had somehow taken two bags from him and was pulling him forward by the hand.

"Hurry up, Little Huo. I'll get you settled in first. Your big sister still has other things to do later."

"Little Huo, remember this: the second floor is my, Huo Wu's, territory. Your room is over there, and from now on, the entire first floor belongs to you.

Don't worry about cleaning. A cleaner will come by every three days. As for meals, the academy has a cafeteria, so just go there yourself when the time comes.

As for that tea set in the first-floor living room, if you think it takes up too much space, I'll move it upstairs after I get back later."

"You must be joking, Sister Huo Wu. It's only one living room; how could it take up space? Besides, I can't afford any furniture anyway. The space outside the bedroom would be empty regardless."
