Background / History

Huo Wu is the daughter of Huo Lin, the dean of Blazing Fire Academy, and the niece of Huo Tian. She is also Huo Wushuang’s younger sister. As a prominent member of the Fire Clan, she attracts numerous admirers at the academy. 24 26

At Huo Tian’s request, Huo Wu agrees to share her large double-room dormitory with the orphaned Lin Huo rather than let him room with Huo Wushuang. She quickly claims him as her “little brother,” offers her name as protection against bullying, and assigns the entire first floor of the dormitory to him while reserving the second floor for herself. 9 10

After Lin Huo manipulates Huo Wushuang into embarrassing himself, Huo Wu jokingly promotes Lin Huo to her “chief strategist.” She becomes suspicious that Lin Huo is Huo Tian’s illegitimate son because Charmander resembles Huo Tian’s Earthfire Dragon Martial Soul, though Lin Huo repeatedly denies any blood relation. 16
