Background
The Angel Clan traces its Six-Winged Angel inheritance to the Angel God, who used divine power to enlighten her younger brother and establish the Qian bloodline 100. Its stated mandate is to protect humanity and slay evil 21. The clan handles its children's Martial Soul awakenings in its own Awakening Hall rather than publicly; assassination of promising heirs is a recognized danger 1.
The clan aided Qian Mo in hunting Soul Rings after his mutated Martial Soul left him with little innate talent 2 3. He later learned that he belonged to an offshoot of its main branch: descendants who do not inherit one of the six other branches' Martial Souls can still be classified with the main line 95.
