The zombies immediately rushed into the pit. The pitch-black cave was like the gaping maw of a monstrous beast, swallowing one vicious figure after another.
Flared Ears and the others took in the scene before them.
"They went into the hole?"
"What is that place? Who knows where it leads?"
Shrimp Chaser was curious.
Flared Ears' eyes shifted as he thought for a moment.
"Those guys definitely aren't up to anything good. Shrimp Chaser, go find Brother Ke. I'll go listen in and see where they're headed."

The several thousand foreign zombies had all crawled into the pit. The entrance was a mess, with filthy footprints all over the snow, but it had fallen silent again without a sound.
