The smile on Li Zu's face suddenly vanished for no reason, just as he had suddenly burst into laughter for no reason moments earlier.

Rage descended with torrential lightning, a vast pillar of electricity engulfing several buildings before them.
Golden lightning raged. Li Zu rolled across the ground several times before barely escaping its range. The electricity lingering in the air still numbed his body, stabbing pain through his muscles and nerves.

He stomped the ground and leaped up, landing sprawled across a bench. The bench beneath his feet instantly turned into a plastic toy.
This finally prevented the current from continuing to enter his body.
But the electric heat quickly melted the plastic toy, releasing the pungent stench of burning plastic.
"Diana!"
As the lightning faded, Shazam appeared!

Wonder Woman swung her sword without mercy, piercing the chest of Aquaman... her former lover.
"Diana..."
Aquaman collapsed into a pool of blood. His Atlantean body kept him from dying so quickly.

"You aren't afraid?" she asked.
The smile on Li Zu's face made her feel that something was wrong.
"Afraid~" Li Zu answered with the same smile.
Anyone bound by the Lasso of Truth would never lie, but fear should not have looked like this on him.
Diana began to wonder whether the Lasso of Truth was actually working.
"What are you laughing at?"
"I'm laughing at this interesting world. Haven't you noticed how interesting this world is?" Faced with Queen Diana's question, he answered smoothly, not looking restrained in the slightest despite being bound by the Lasso of Truth.
"This world is interesting? All I know is that this world is a complete mess!" Queen Diana tugged on the glowing rope, raised her sword, and walked toward Li Zu.

He pulled the rope taut and asked, "How do I explore the truth of this world? How can I obtain true freedom?"
Li Zu stared wide-eyed at Noodle Superman, hot air snorting from his nose, his eyes bloodshot.
Veins bulged across his body, and blood gushed from his nose.
He grinned, blood spilling from the corners of his mouth, his smile crimson. "Hehehe... madness!"
"What?"
"Chaos and madness are the essence of this world!"
Under the control of the Lasso of Truth, Li Zu could not control himself and could only speak the truth he knew.
"What about freedom? How do I pursue it?" Noodle Superman pressed, convinced that Li Zu could give him the answer he wanted.
"Don't you already have it? How does the sun feel?" Li Zu asked in return.
"Very warm."
"Congratulations~, this world is so terrible." Li Zu chuckled. "Why not add a little laughter?"
"You don't know how to obtain freedom, and you don't know the essence of this world!" Noodle Superman released the Lasso of Truth. He now understood that everything Li Zu had said at the military base before had merely been verbal misdirection aimed at him.
He was only a mortal, a somewhat neurotic mortal!
Perhaps the only extraordinary thing about him was that he too was searching for the world.
Noodle Superman shot into the sky, tore through the clouds, and left.
He had casually killed Queen Diana, as though it were a trivial matter.
The state of the world's battles was utterly insignificant to him.
Perhaps he would find somewhere to hide and bask in the sun, or perhaps he would seek a deeper understanding of the world.
"This thing is really sturdy~"
Li Zu rolled and struggled. The Lasso of Truth had him locked down so tightly that he could not move at all.
Toyification was blocked by the golden divine power, unable to advance even an inch.
Yet blood still gushed madly from his nose.
He struggled amid the piles of corpses, rolling across the scorched ground, but he could not break free.
Rumble~
Someone else arrived, crashing heavily into the ground.
Two figures wreathed in lightning.
One was Professor Zoom, who had spoken with Li Zu earlier, and the other... Flash, Barry Allen.
"This is all your doing!" Flash roared.
"Barry, the most interesting thing about this world is that you caused all of it. I did nothing!!" Professor Zoom relished the moment. Even as countless fists battered his face like a storm, his voice still sounded delighted.
Batman swung down on a rope, arriving late.
He landed beside Li Zu. Running into an "acquaintance" on the battlefield was no easy thing.
"Got a moment?" Li Zu struggled to climb up from the ground. "This thing is tied too tight. What I ate last night hasn't been digesting well~"
"This is... Diana's Lasso of Truth?" Batman picked up the rope, his crimson eyes fixed on Li Zu.
"Again?"
A bad feeling rose within Li Zu.
Sure enough, Batman said in a deep voice, "Then answer one question for me."
"You aren't from this world?"
"Yes!"
