Hagrid quickly shielded Lester and Malfoy, and asked with a grim expression:

"Feseren, these are two children! How could you be so cruel as to kill two children!"

Feseren was furious. Lester had just killed the most prestigious Centaur in their tribe and was now trying to frame them.

"Hagrid, get out of my way!" Feseren drew his bow and arrow, aimed at Hagrid, and said without any politeness, "You are my friend, and I don't want to make things difficult for you, but these two little wizards killed Korma, and they must pay the price!"

Hagrid, unfazed, pulled out his pink umbrella and retorted, "Feseren, what nonsense are you spouting? They're just two first-year wizards, how could they possibly kill Korma!"

"Hagrid, Feseren is right!" Centaur Bane said viciously, his eyes bloodshot. "It was him, this little wizard who used Dark Magic, who killed my father with your wizarding Killing Curse and then made his body disappear!"

The Centaur had originally dispatched a large number of their young men to investigate the injury of the Unicorn, and the team was led by Bane's father.

Unexpectedly, just because of a few words exchanged, the young human wizard actually killed his father!

Lester, hiding behind Hagrid, yelled, "Hagrid, don't believe these Centaur ' nonsense! They're just a bunch of immature beasts!"

Malfoy, hiding behind Hagrid, chimed in, "That's right. My father told me that Centaur are a bunch of stupid creatures; they have no capacity for thought whatsoever."

"Now it seems it was just as I thought. In order to kill me and Lester and cover up the crime, they even went so far as to fabricate a lie about us killing Centaur!"

Hagrid sensed something was wrong and frowned. He was eager to know why the Centaur were so fixated on Lester and Malfoy.

However, with tensions high and four children behind him, he could only address his questions once he was safe.

Meanwhile, on the Centaur side, Feseren regained his composure after a brief period of anger.

"Hagrid, we were just investigating the recent Unicorn injury incident," Feseren said. "And just now, we saw that young wizard about to use the Killing Curse to kill the injured Unicorn!"

Hagrid shuddered and, following Feseren's gaze, saw the Unicorn, barely breathing.

"This..." Hagrid hesitated, turning to look at Lester, wanting an explanation.

Lester, of course, didn't hold back, pointing at Feseren and cursing, "You four-legged beast, you don't even use your brain when you're making up lies!"

"How could I, a first-year wizard, possibly use the Unforgivable Curse?"

"Hagrid, don't forget, they even said I killed their comrade and then secretly ground the body to dust."

"I think those Centaur are just afraid of being exposed, so they're framing themselves!"

The Centaur, now blatantly accused of filth, were all bloodthirsty, wishing they could devour Lester.

Lester exclaimed, his expression agitated, "It's because Malfoy and I witnessed these four-legged beasts hunting Unicorn that they were afraid of being exposed and decided to kill us to cover it up!"

"You're talking nonsense!" The hot-tempered Bane was furious. Lester kept calling him a beast and an animal, which was like a sharp knife stabbing into his heart.

Most importantly, Lester, his father's killer, actually framed the Centaur right in front of him!

Seeing Bane's agitated and dangerous expression, Hagrid pointed his wand at him without hesitation.

Hagrid trusted Lester and Malfoy more than these eccentric Centaur.

Of course, there is another very important reason, which is that what the Centaur said was too unbelievable, even Hagrid, who was very intelligent, found it hard to believe.

A young wizard of only a year old used the Killing Curse to kill a fully grown Centaur, and then forced him to destroy the body. Did they think Hagrid was a fool?

"Feseren, if there's any misunderstanding, you can go talk to Headmaster Dumbledore." Hagrid frowned and said loudly, "Now, I'm taking these two young wizards back to Hogwarts, and I hope you won't stop me!"

The Centaur were furious that their tribe's highly respected leader, Kalma, had been killed and now the murderer was being allowed to escape justice.

Bane the Centaur drew his arrow, pulled the bowstring taut, and shot it fiercely at Lester.

"Watch out!" Hagrid exclaimed in shock. He never expected that Bane would actually try to kill Lester right in front of him.

Lester, his face cold, drew his wand. "Disarming Charm!"

This was Hogwarts territory, and Hagrid was with him; he didn't want to reveal that he knew Dark Magic.

The red Disarming Charm blasted the arrow into dust, then continued its relentless attack on Bane.

Bang!

With a loud bang, the arrow in Bane's hand flew towards Lester, and Bane was also knocked away and crashed heavily to the ground.

Seeing Bane being attacked, all the other Centaur drew their bows and nocked arrows, Hagrid also quickly cast the Shield Charm.

Just as the situation was about to erupt, Lester, who had previously looked aggrieved, suddenly drew his wand and pointed it at the Centaur: "Incendio!"

Boom! A burst of flame shot out from the Dark Lord's Wand, rushing towards the Centaur.

The Forbidden Forest was full of trees, and the ground was covered with fallen leaves, all of which were fire retardants.

Like a powder keg about to explode, the fireball landed on the ground and immediately turned into a sea of fire.

"Hagrid, run!" Lester seized the opportunity, grabbing Hagrid's arm with one hand and Malfoy with the other, and they ran out quickly.

Harry and Ron Weasley, who were already stunned, hurriedly followed. As for Fang, the vicious dog had disappeared as soon as the flames appeared.

Hagrid ran towards the Forbidden Forest, now a sea of fire, and cried out anxiously, "Lester, why did you set it on fire? This is the Forbidden Forest!"

"Hagrid, are you crazy!" Lester said bluntly, "Malfoy and I witnessed the Centaur' atrocities; they certainly won't let us get away with this."

"If I don't set the fire, all five of us will die! Oh, and Fang too."

Even Ron Weasley, who disliked Lester the most, surprisingly did not refute Lester's words.

"Hagrid, Lester is right. Those Centaur were definitely trying to kill us to cover their tracks. We won't even know how we died!"

Ron Weasley was more afraid of the Centaur ' arrows than of Lester, who had fought him, especially the Centaur in their eyes as they threatened to skin him alive; he was utterly terrified.

Hagrid sighed upon hearing this. Indeed, Lester had done the right thing.

If they hadn't set this fire, the five of them and Fang probably wouldn't have been able to leave this Forbidden Forest.

Seeing Hagrid's worried expression, Lester said with displeasure, "Hagrid, I'm doing this for all of us. This is the only way we can save our lives!"

Hagrid remained silent. To be honest, he didn't blame Lester; he just felt sorry for the innocent Fantastic Beasts in the Forbidden Forest.

Seemingly sensing Hagrid's thoughts, Lester said gently, "Once we get back, I'll immediately write to the Ministry of Magic and have them come to the Forbidden Forest to put out the fire and rescue the injured Fantastic Beasts."

"Don't worry, the Forbidden Forest is so big, this small fire won't pose any risk as long as it's put out in time."
