Harry and Neville Enter the Tournament
"Did I tell you to be quiet?" Fa-jie's high heels were still stepping on Mochizuki Seigen's head. Then, with a little force, the heel slowly pierced the old woman's eye socket. Her crazed expression and Mochizuki Seigen's screams terrified Phoebe, who hid behind Madame Maxime, no longer daring to make a sound, trembling with fear.
"Su Yu, although I agree with your approach, and I even want to chain Albus to his office and give him a good beating, now is not the time, do you understand?" Professor Graves said, clearly intending to go over and persuade the young man.
"Sir, the boss hasn't spoken yet, please don't go over there." At this moment, a cold black mist slowly appeared behind Grindelwald, a wand pressed against his lower back, and Isolde slowly appeared behind Grindelwald.
Grindelwald was almost laughing in exasperation. How dare this girl be so bold? He casually took Isolde's wand, tapped her on the head, and turned back to look at the Slytherin group with a look of utter disappointment.
"I just haven't trained you guys enough. They insulted you, and they attacked first. Just use the Avada Kedavra! Why are you all using such fancy tricks? Even Albus can't stop you. If you had just started with the Killing Curse, who could have stopped you? That would have solved the problem..."
"..." A group of headmasters looked at Grindelwald in astonishment. "As expected of the First Dark Lord, are we really going to die here today?"
Ka-jie and the others were deep in thought. They now realized they had made a mistake. They had been lax in their training and should have used their killing move directly.
"No, are you really students?" Vladimir Voronov, the headmaster of Koldovstoretz (Russia), looked at the pensive Hogwarts students and felt that this was not a school, but the Dark Lord's lair!
"Alright," Su Yu said, "Let's call it a night, because I think killing you all in the competition is also a pretty good option."
Su Yu took the tissue Daphne had prepared, wiped his hands, and spoke casually.
"Phew..." Everyone breathed a sigh of relief. They had long heard that Slytherin at the Hogwarts Academy were a bunch of lunatics who produced dark wizards. Seeing is believing, indeed.
"However..." Su Yu finished speaking, but Fa-jie showed no sign of letting it go, "Eat it!"
"I'll let you eat it!" Fa-jie said, enunciating each word clearly. The women knew the history of the Su Family, and Fa-jie wouldn't let them off easily. The Avada Kedavra was ready at any moment; she wanted this old woman in front of her dead.
Mochizuki Seigen swallowed her pride and, employing the fine tradition of the Japanese, ate the eyeball from Fa-jie's heel in one gulp, even wiping it clean in the process. However, the malice in that eye could not be concealed no matter what.
Fa-jie was completely bewildered by this whole ordeal. From now on, she'll get angry at anyone who calls her a pervert!
When Fa-jie returned to the group, even Cho Chang took a step back, looking at her timidly, thinking to herself, "Sure enough, none of the girls around Su Yu are easy to mess with." But after thinking for a moment, she tried her best to appear calm, took a step forward, and returned to Su Yu's side.
Fa-jie turned her head and glanced at Cho Chang, smiled at her, and didn't say anything more.
Harry looked at the people at the Mahoutokoro. "You guys," he thought, "If you'd just insulted me, I'd probably just talk back and it'd be over. But why did you all have to go and insult Su Yu? Is he the kind of person with a good temper? Of all people to mess with, why did you have to provoke him..."
"Alright, isn't our last matter over?" Minister Fudge and Bagman, who had been hiding under the table, stood up, rubbing their hands together with smiles, and cautiously stepped forward to speak. "Then let's discuss the two extra Champion, shall we?"
"I absolutely disagree that Hogwarts Academy has 22 contestants!" Headmaster Karkaroff spoke first. Although he had just been startled, as the headmaster, he wouldn't back down because of such a small matter.
"Yes, Hogwarts Academy absolutely cannot have 22 contestants, that's not fair!" Madame Maxime patted Phoebe on the back and protested as well.
Asante Boakye, the headmaster of Uagadou, spoke up, "That's right! If Hogwarts Academy has 22 participants, then we at Wagadu also require 22 students to participate!"
"But the Mahoutokoro only has 19 left, what are we going to do?" Serafina Picri, the headmistress of the Ilvermorny, asked, puzzled.
"This is all Potter's fault, and the headmasters' fault too," Professor Snape said, enjoying seeing Harry get his comeuppance. "Don't blame Headmaster Dumbledore and Sue Fuli; it's all Potter's fault. He's always breaking the rules. Ever since he came to the Hogwarts Academy, he's been constantly violating the school rules."
"Alright, Professor Snape, thank you for reminding me." Headmaster Dumbledore interrupted Professor Snape, then turned to Harry and calmly asked, "Did you put your name in the Goblet of Fire?"
"I didn't, Headmaster Dumbledore," Harry protested vehemently.
"Me neither, Headmaster Dumbledore ..." Neville chimed in from the side.
"I believe in my children! Just as I believe in you, Dumbledore," Professor McGonagall said at this moment.
"Alright, you don't need to argue anymore. We Slytherin will just have two people leave, that'll make it exactly 20 people." Ka-jie waved her hand, pointed out two people, and left the room.
"Alright, then it's decided on that! Right?" Minister Fudge clapped his hands, looking at everyone.
I agree.
I agree.
"Agree."
The principals of all six schools agreed. The principal and students of the Mahoutokoro had already gone down to receive treatment. Before leaving, they even took the image of Kenta Sato off the wall and brought it back with them.
"Very good, then I've made another decision, right? Great!" Bagman smoothed things over from the sidelines. "Shall we begin our mentoring?"
"Yes, now let's talk about guidance! What is guidance? Guidance..." Minister Fudge was sweating profusely; he was so nervous that he forgot everything else.
"Let me explain..." Seeing the exhausted Barty, he interrupted Minister Fudge, "The First Task is to test your courage!"
"Yes, I remember now, Merlin's beard, testing your courage!" Minister Fudge finally remembered.
"We can't tell you what it is, but we can tell you that starting next month, on November 24th, your only support will be your teammates and your wands. You'll only find out about the Second Task after the First Task is completed." Barty managed to finish speaking before sitting down weakly in a chair.
"Because the competition lasts a long time, you don't have to take this year's exams. Are you happy?" Minister Fudge continued after Barty finished speaking.
Standing behind Madame Maxime, Phoebe kept stealing glances at Su Yu, too terrified to utter a single word.
(Actually, there are some things I've wanted to say for a while. Readers can read without thinking, but authors can't write without thinking. I'm afraid of getting criticized, so let me explain beforehand. To use an analogy, imagine the Eagle is leading a large meeting, and everyone's there—Mao Zhong, Xiao Ji, the Crocodile, etc. You see two Demigod and ministers standing on the Eagle's side, and then you see them kill a chicken on the spot. Would you crane your neck and shout, "Why are you doing this? How can you kill someone in front of so many people?" Would a normal person do that? They'd definitely report them afterward, right? So, no matter how arrogant Su Yu and his group are, the two Demigod and the minister haven't said anything. Who would be the first to speak up? They're just old, not dead. Who doesn't know Grindelwald? Who would dare point at Dumbledore's nose and call him senile? Are his subordinates all so unscrupulous? They dare even without Grindelwald, but who would dare with Grindelwald around?)
And then there was the part where I wrote about Su Yu not starting the fight right there in the lobby, but waiting until they got back to the lounge. People complained that my writing was frustrating. Seriously, haven't you ever been to school? The teacher's still on the platform, and you're already fighting with your deskmate? Don't you usually go to the bathroom after class and ask someone to help you out? Even a hothead shouldn't be this clueless! I seriously doubt some people have any common sense these days. And I clearly wrote foreshadowing; I jokingly wrote Dumbledore using his head to block, but didn't I write that Dumbledore never even took out his staff? This proves that Dumbledore wasn't afraid at all. He's just old and struggling with this stuff. He's an old man, doesn't want to move, and isn't being humiliated. Didn't you see that his expression never changed? I'm speechless. I didn't write some kind of suspenseful or difficult-to-understand novel, so why do so many people not understand it?
Furthermore, Harry Potter never explicitly wrote that Dumbledore under control, right? His strength lies in his adaptability; he can handle everything perfectly. Dumbledore doesn't know everything in every book; he's just powerful enough to provide backup. Like in my writing, in each book, it's either him or Grindelwald who ends up doing nothing. Why? Isn't it all for training newcomers? The original books were for training Harry, and now it's for training Su Yu. I'm trying to stay true to the original story, but are you forcing me to write those disgusting parts from the original? Just tell me, after reading the original books, which of the main characters isn't disgusting? Can you name even one?
