Hyuga Xiao uncovered the Hyuga Main House’s role in the Moon’s harvesting scheme while rescuing Ko and confronting Hiashi. He left the clan grounds with Samui, who joined his fight against the Lunar Main House, as Hiashi ordered Xiao’s early harvest.

• Hyuga Xiao and Kurenai Yuhi uncovered the Moon’s plans for the Hyuga Branch House, discovered the Observer was seeking Tenseigan awakeners, and set out to find the remaining Covenant Stone Fragment.
• Hyuga Xiao learned that Hiei Hyuga and other Branch House children had been made into Watcher Seed vessels, then killed Hiei at his request and returned toward Konoha to find the remaining vessels.
• Hyuga Xiao discovered that Ko Hyuga’s Watcher Seed was taking control of him, while Hiashi’s forces and Root pursued Xiao and the Branch House revolt escalated.
• Hyuga Xiao and Samui infiltrated the Hyuga Clan Grounds, where Ko’s transformation and Hiashi’s Caged Bird Seal turned the revolt into a battle between the Branch House and Main House.
• Hyuga Xiao rescued Ko, devoured the Watcher Seed’s core, and explored the ancestral shrine, freeing imprisoned souls and destroying Hiashi’s consciousness after learning the altar was part of a bloodline-sacrifice scheme.
• Hyuga Xiao and Samui destroyed ten Watcher Seed hosts and escaped with a list identifying 372 infected Hyuga, then Xiao learned Samui’s missing sister was Kaguya Otsutsuki and that her soul fragments remained in the Covenant Stone.
• Hyuga Xiao learned from Kaguya Otsutsuki that the Covenant Stone would eventually extract his soul, then left the clan grounds with Samui after directing her to expose the parasite list and gather soul-stabilization materials.

Hyuga Xiao pursued the Covenant Stone Fragments to the Land of Demons, where he defeated Kakuzu and claimed the stones as Mōryō’s seal broke. After returning toward the Leaf Village to confront Danzo and the Hyuga Main House, Xiao uncovered evidence of their experiments and a plan to harvest the Branch House’s ocular power.

• Hyuga Xiao rescued Kurenai Yuhi from Root, extracted the Heart-Binding Gu poison, and used the Covenant Stone Fragment to keep her alive as Samui helped them evade pursuers.
• Xiao followed the trail of the third fragment to the Shrine of the Priestess, where Miroku asked him to reinforce Mōryō’s seal and take Shion away from the Land of Demons.
• Xiao stabilized Kurenai with the Netherworld Core, then fought Kakuzu as Yomi Sect cultists attacked the shrine and Mōryō’s seal began to fail.
• Xiao killed Kakuzu, but Mōryō broke free, and the Covenant Stone Fragments absorbed its chakra, fused inside Xiao, and awakened his second-stage Tenseigan.
• Miroku sacrificed herself to activate the Starry Sky Altar and temporarily seal Mōryō, while Xiao learned that he had three years to complete the Descent Ritual and accepted responsibility for Shion.
• Xiao and Kurenai defeated Yomi and claimed the third Covenant Stone Fragment, then learned from an ancient scroll that all three Pact Stones pointed toward the moon and the Gravekeeper.
• Xiao fused the three fragments, gained the Spatial Mark, and accelerated plans to return to Leaf Village and take control of the Hyuga Clan, and he also rescued Samui from Root and found Danzo’s experiment files.
• Xiao and Samui discovered an Uchiha boy in a hidden chamber beneath the Uchiha Ruins, along with records linking Danzo and Hyuga Hiashi to a plan to harvest the Branch House’s ocular power.

Hyuga Xiao uncovered the Moon Ōtsutsuki’s harvesting system within the Hyuga Clan, then fought to preserve his humanity as Divine Erosion worsened. He set out for the Land of Iron to obtain Mifune’s Starfall Decree and reach the Starry Sky Altar, where unknown beings awaited.

• Xiao freed the clone Shisui, who chose the name Uchiha Qiye, then infiltrated the Hyuga Ancestral Shrine and uncovered the Main House’s harvesting of Branch House members.
• Xiao destroyed the Byakugan aggregate and confronted Hiashi and the elders, exposing the Caged Bird Seal’s connection to the Moon Ōtsutsuki and the Hyuga Clan’s role as a breeding farm.
• Xiao used Kotoamatsukami to make Hiashi cooperate, and Neji willingly gave up the scroll hidden in his Watcher Seed, dying during its extraction.
• Xiao learned the Observers planned to harvest those who reached the Starry Sky Realm, sent Uchiha Qiye back to Root as a spy, and began preparing to face the harvesters.
• Xiao met Kurenai Yuhi, Samui, and Tsunade, committed to keeping Samui alive, and learned that his Tenseigan was eroding his humanity while an Observer Vessel watched him.

• Xiao accepted Mifune’s invitation to the Five Kage Secret Conference as cover for obtaining the decree, then accepted Orochimaru’s summit intelligence and learned the altar held twelve Star Swordsmen and unknown Ōtsutsuki-like life signs.

Hyuga Xiao confronted the Land of Iron’s conspirators and the Ōtsutsuki threat while seeking a way to save Kurenai Yuhi from Urashiki’s Seed. He secured the Starfall Decree and Tennin’s knowledge, then left for the Leaf Village with new warnings about the coming invasion.

• Xiao uncovered the Starsea Covenant Alliance’s plans and set out for the Land of Iron, where Hidden Cloud and Maple Clan forces repeatedly tried to capture or kill him.
• Xiao reached the Starry Sky Altar, made a pact with Mifune, and learned that Kurenai’s awakened Seed was tied to Ōtsutsuki Urashiki and would turn her into a vessel.
• At the Five Kage Summit, Xiao defeated Darui in a sanctioned duel, exposed Kumogakure’s false accusations, and entered the Humanity Stele to face its trial and inherit its power.
• Urashiki’s clone attacked the altar as Hidden Cloud and the Maple Clan besieged it, but Xiao drove back the attackers and learned that Kurenai’s Seed would mature in ten days.
• Xiao reversed Feng Qianye’s covenant, completed the Starfall Decree, and negotiated a Five Kage task force to confront the threats from the stars.
• Kurenai resolved to resist the Seed, while Xiao created a dangerous safeguard and learned from her visions that the lunar altar used Branch House Hyuga eyes and life force.
• In the altar’s Time Chamber, Xiao met Tennin, learned about the Caged Bird Seal, the Giant Tenseigan, and the coming invasion, and promised to free the harvested Branch House souls.
• Tennin transferred his memories and techniques to Xiao, who left with the Starfall Decree and headed toward the Leaf Village, planning to help Hong in three days.
