The Movement of Yin at Yang's Extreme

Doichi Hyuga had one more thing he had not said: Those methods of yours for bringing back the dead are useless against them!

"Thus, the extreme of yang must give rise to yin, while the extreme of yin gives rise to yang. The two rely on each other to coexist; if either is absent, the other cannot endure alone. Therefore, solitary yin does not give birth, and lone yang does not grow!"

"It is like the body's spiritual energy and physical vitality. Spiritual energy is primarily yin, but it also contains a small amount of yang. Physical vitality represents Yang Release, but it must also coexist with a small amount of Yin Release! As the saying goes: yin at its extreme gives rise to yang, and yang at its extreme gives rise to yin."

"The stillness of yin at yang's extreme, the movement of yang at yin's extreme! In martial arts, you can understand this simply as: the more stable your stance, the greater the force of your punch.
