Though dusk was approaching, as the sun sank, a carriage descended toward the spacious little square.
It was a huge powder-blue carriage, as large as a house, pulled by twelve winged horses.
They were magical creatures unique to the wizarding world, each horse as large as an elephant.
Their enormous, heavy hooves were as big as an entire face. After landing, they struck the ground with a series of heavy clopping sounds.
With golden manes and fiery red eyes, they looked incredibly cool.
The carriage came to a smooth stop. A boy in a pale blue robe jumped down, bent over to operate something, and a golden spiral staircase descended to the ground step by tiered step.
Then, under everyone's gaze, a woman emerged.
She had a striking olive-toned face, large black liquid eyes, and a very pointed nose.
Her hair was combed back and gathered into a gleaming bun at the nape of her neck.
She was wrapped from head to toe in black satin, with many expensive opals glittering around her neck and on her thick fingers. Her feet were even as large as children's sleds.
"Who is that? A Giant? She's even taller than Hagrid," Ron Weasley said in amazement as he watched the woman descend from the carriage.
"Olympe Maxime, the current headmistress of Beauxbatons School, one of Europe's three great magical schools. She's a half-Giant." Enivis Wardson floated up to a better height, where she could see the scene outside through the window, and explained.
After hearing Enivis Wardson's explanation, everyone immediately understood.
"Hahaha, Dumbledore looks like a child in front of Olympe Maxime. He actually had to make her bend down when he performed the hand-kiss," Fred said hurriedly after spotting the amusing sight.
"Harry, did you record it?" George called out even more
