Background / History

Before arriving in the current world, Yun Ming was the famed master of Sea God Pavilion on Douluo Continent. Wielding the Sky-Piercing Divine Spear, he was renowned for exceptional offense and defense and was regarded as one of the people closest to God Rank. 16

Li Xuansheng summons him during the Li Family's conflict with the Qiu Family, then has the system establish a Li bloodline and a plausible ancestral history for him. Yun Ming is accepted as the lost son of Li Tiandao after his bloodline resonates with Li Yuanhui and the family elders. He formally takes the name Li Yunming, enters the genealogy under the Yuan generation, and is appointed Grand Elder. 16

Li Yunming immediately accepts Li Xuansheng as his disciple, recognizing the younger man's talent, resolve, and fortune. His return gives the Li Family a Level 99 protector at the height of its war preparations. 16

Defense of Heavenly Phoenix City

When the Qiu Family and Five Poisons Valley besiege the city, Li Yunming rallies the defenders and oversees the activation of the Nine Heavens Phoenix Flame Formation. He then restrains Qiu Qiansha, She Duyun, and Xie Qiyan alone within his domain. 27 28
