Background

Xiao Wu lived in the Star Dou Great Forest and spent much of her time with Daming and Er Ming. She intended to attend Notting Academy, grow stronger, and eventually avenge her mother, whose soul ring had been forcibly taken by a human. 3

While traveling through the forest, she encountered Zhang Nan. His concealed aura led her to believe he was an ordinary human who had become lost. Gentle and trusting despite an initially probing attitude, she accepted his guidance out of the forest and began calling him “hubby” at his urging. 3
