Inside the huge living room converted from a garage.
The female astronomer Jane Foster, astrophysics PhD Erik Selvig, and Jane's assistant and work-study student Daisy Lewis sat gathered together.
After rescuing Thor, they had brought him back to the place they were currently renting.
Thor had also been rattled by the gang of thugs just now, so the moment he arrived, he impatiently borrowed the bathroom.
"I swear, those gay thugs from the Big Bird Spin Spin Spin Bar must have scared him stiff."
Listening to the clattering coming from the bathroom, Daisy's gaze wandered repeatedly toward it as she wildly gossiped.
"But seriously, that homeless guy who fell from the sky has an absolutely amazing body!"
"Those sexy pecs, that lean, tight waist, and that long golden hair and beard—oh my God, if you two hadn't been there, I really would've wanted to join those gay guys and..."
Seeing Daisy get more outrageous by the second, Jane hurriedly cut off her fangirl rambling.
"Enough. There are plenty of good men out there. Don't get too many ideas about a man whose origins we don't know. He's dangerous."
Dr. Erik, beside her, also voiced his agreement with Jane.
"To fall from a magnetic storm vortex resembling an Einstein-Rosen Bridge and then cross several blocks without a scratch!"
"Honestly, if I weren't such a research fanatic, the moment I encountered something that had fallen out of a wormhole, I'd have run as far away as possible."
Just as the three were arguing heatedly, Thor finally opened the bathroom door and walked out.
At that moment, his upper body was bare, while his lower half was wrapped in his original T-shirt.
As for his pants, to be honest, seeing them reminded Thor of having them stripped off, so he had flushed them straight down the drain.
Having heard what Erik said when he came out, Thor asked curiously.
"What do you mean, something that fell from a wormhole?"
"Are you talking about me?"
At the sight of Thor dressed like that, Jane and Daisy stared blankly for a moment.
Dr. Erik was also stunned for a moment before answering with a trace of envy.
"Yes. Based on the photos we took, you fell out of a magnetic storm cloud that resembled some sort of spacetime passage."
"That's why we kept following it, and then happened to save you."
Hearing that they had saved him, Thor's face immediately fell, and he looked rather indignant.
"They were just a few nobodies! If Father hadn't taken away my divine power and my hammer, and if this mortal body weren't so weak, I would've beaten them all flat!"
"F-Father?" Dr. Erik turned toward the other two with his mouth half open, as though asking whether this man's brain had been damaged by the fall.
Jane and Daisy finally came to their senses as well, hurriedly wiping away the drool that had nearly dripped from their mouths and looking away.
Jane even used the clothes she had prepared to cover her face as she jogged over and handed them to him.
"You should put some clothes on first. Otherwise, I'm afraid Daisy might eat you later!"
"Eat me?" Thor took the clothes, then unabashedly pulled off the T-shirt wrapped around his lower body and began getting dressed again, curiosity appearing on his face.
"I thought it was strange enough that Midg—Earth had sorcerers. I didn't expect it to have cannibals who looked so delicate!"
"I'm not a cannibal!" Daisy, who had been listening intently from the side, immediately protested angrily.
"Don't think you can insult people however you want just because you're handsome and muscular. I don't fall for that!"
"You should wipe your drool before protesting."
Jane shot the drooling Daisy a fierce glare, then used her body to block Thor from view as he exposed himself while changing.
"Thank you. These clothes fit quite well."
Thor handed the old T-shirt he had taken off to Jane, then turned and walked over to Dr. Erik.
"Oh, right. That magnetic storm spacetime passage you mentioned should be Asgard's Rainbow Bridge."
"It can take you anywhere in the Nine Realms. Father also exiled me through the Rainbow Bridge's passage."
"You said that was the Rainbow Bridge? The one from Norse mythology?"
Dr. Erik looked at him like he was insane again and turned to Jane and Daisy.
"We should hurry and send him to a mental hospital. This kid must have hit his head too hard!"
"No, my instincts tell me that he may very well be telling the truth."
Jane rejected Dr. Erik's suggestion without hesitation and tried to persuade them.
"Think about the extraordinary things about him. He fell from the clouds without a single injury, and after getting hit by a car, he just dusted himself off and stood up."
"So I have reason to suspect that he isn't from Earth, but an alien!"
Thor, standing beside them, nodded and generously admitted it. "I truly am not from Earth. I am Thor Odinson, the God of Thunder, king of Asgard..."
But before Thor could finish, Jane interrupted him. "All right, don't make things worse. Could you please say less?"
"But everything I said is tru... Fine, I'll shut up."
Looking at the angry Jane before him, Thor's heart suddenly began racing, as though he had returned to the days when he held his hammer!
For some reason, he copied the playboy smile Loki often wore and gazed at Jane with tenderness in his eyes.
When Thor's gaze suddenly turned gentle and an unfairly charming smile appeared on his lips, Jane was momentarily drawn in as well.
Then, the two moved closer and closer as though no one else existed, until Daisy's miserable howl interrupted them.
"Oh my God, what are you two planning to do? Kiss?"
"You only met today! Isn't this moving way too fast?"
At those two howls, Thor and Jane immediately snapped back to their senses and awkwardly stepped away from each other.
At the same time, Jane kept covering her flushed cheeks with her hands as she changed the subject.
"Oh, right. Something else fell from the clouds with you earlier, but it didn't land completely. It flew away instead."
As she spoke, she removed a photograph from the upright whiteboard beside her and handed it to Thor. "It looked like a hammer, and it flew away incredibly fast."
"A hammer?!"
Thor's eyes lit up as he threw back his head and laughed. "I knew Father wouldn't be so heartless!"
He immediately turned and gripped Jane by the shoulders. "Quick, tell me which direction the hammer went. I have to retrieve it!"
Although Thor startled Jane, she still answered his question.
"It went east!"
Having learned where the hammer had gone, Thor's confidence and pride returned to his face.
"Come on, we're heading east!"
"Once I get my hammer back, you'll know everything I said was true!"
Although he had been stripped of his divine power and turned into a mortal.
As long as he retrieved his hammer, Thor's Power would return, and Thor, the God of Thunder, would once again appear in the world!
When that happened, he would surely look majestic and imposing. Then, after releasing just a little kingly aura and making a domineering CEO-style confession.
Wouldn't Jane fall at his feet in her Thor armor within minutes?
Then he would bring Jane back to Asgard, back to his huge, soft bed, and finally, heh heh heh...
Thinking about all the wonderful things that would happen next, Thor could not help laughing again.
However, his fantasy did not last long before a familiar voice behind him interrupted it.
"Excuse me. I'm Agent Coulson of S.H.I.E.L.D. We received a tip that there was a... Wait, is that Thor?"
"Is that you, Thor Odinson? Thor of Asgard?"
