The Hammer at Kamar-Taj!

"Are you Thor Odinson? Asgard's God of Thunder?"

Turning toward the voice behind him, Thor immediately spotted Coulson at the head of the group, dressed in a black suit.

A delighted expression instantly appeared on his face as he spread his arms and warmly embraced him.

"Phil Coulson!"

"My friend, it's wonderful to see you here!"

Thor had been worried that the eastern region was too vast and that his hammer would be difficult to find.

But now, S.H.I.E.L.D., one of Earth's top organizations, had practically come knocking on his door. It was like finding a pillow the moment he got sleepy!

"I'm also glad to see you, Thor."

Seeing Thor being so enthusiastic toward him, Coulson was somewhat flattered.

After all, the God of Thunder, who could summon lightning and fly through the skies, had been quite arrogant toward him last month.

"Weren't you supposed to have returned to Asgard? Why did you suddenly appear here?"

As soon as Coulson finished speaking, he seemed to connect the dots and quickly asked, "Wait, that thing that caused the thunderstorm before falling from the sky... that wasn't you, was it?"

Thor looked proud. "That's right. It was me and my hammer!"

"Then why have you come to Earth this time? Have the Light Elves appeared again, or are Rainbow Elves trying to destroy the world?"

Thor looked confused by the question. Scratching his head, he said, "I don't know what elves you're talking about. My father Odin merely banished me here."

As he said this, Thor seemed to have finally found someone he could confide in and could not help complaining.

"Honestly, my father is a complete old fool!"

"Not long after we returned to Asgard, the Frost Giants invaded. Our standing was challenged by Jotunheim, yet my father, the Allfather, lost his nerve and refused to wage war against those damned Frost Giants!"

"Fortunately, I have a clever younger brother. You know him—the Loki people call Old Sister-in-Law. He told me we could carry out a decapitation plan, secretly take some men over there, and kill the Frost Giants' leader. That way, we could preserve Asgard's dignity."

"So Loki and I gathered my personal guard and prepared to follow the plan and eliminate the Frost Giants' leader."

"But before we set out, Loki disappeared who knew where. We wasted a lot of time looking for him, and in the end, Father caught us on the Rainbow Bridge."

By this point, Coulson had already sensed something was off, but as an excellent listener, he had no intention of interrupting.

Besides, this was Thor's family business. Speaking up would only bring trouble with no benefit, so he might as well listen quietly.

"Father beat all five of us up, then lectured me for being brave but stupid. He said all I ever thought about was fighting and that I did not know how to govern domestic affairs. How could I ever become a qualified and benevolent king that way?"

Coulson: "..."

If you could fight, you could become king. That was very Norse mythology!

And one country could even have two kings, one handling domestic affairs and the other foreign affairs!

What an advanced concept!

Odin truly had been blessed with a son like Thor!

Though his inner thoughts were full of complaints, Coulson outwardly played along and asked, "What happened afterward? What did your father, King Odin, say?"

Thor let out a long sigh, looking thoroughly indignant. "What else could he say? He beat me up again."

"While beating me, he kept asking who had given me the idea, saying there was no way someone with my brain could have come up with a decapitation plan."

Coulson very much agreed with Odin. "So you refused to betray your younger brother Loki, and that was why you were banished?"

Thor looked at Coulson as if he were an idiot. "Of course I gave him up!"

"He came up with the plan in the first place. Then he ran away at the last minute and got me beaten up. Why would I cover for him?"

Coulson: "..."

Well, damn. Neither of you brothers was any good!

"Unfortunately, after I exposed Loki, Father somehow became even angrier. Not only did he use Gungnir to beat me, he also dragged Loki out from where he was hiding and beat him too."

Thor turned and scanned the area, his sharp gaze finally landing on Coulson.

"All right, stop looking at me like that. I'll make them stop immediately."

Coulson raised his hands in surrender. He did not want to upset the crown prince of Norse mythology.

He immediately ordered the agents to stop carrying the materials and stated that the culprit behind the incident had already been found, so they no longer needed the materials to assist with the investigation.

Seeing her belongings returned to where they had been, Jane let out a long breath and thanked Thor. Only then did she ask somewhat reluctantly.

"Are you leaving?"

"That's right. I'm going to retrieve what belongs to me, but I'll come back to see you afterward."

"All right. I'll wait for you."

The simple exchange was overflowing with sweetness, leaving Daisy, Erik, Coulson, and the other agents thoroughly stuffed.

After speaking their hearts, Thor followed Coulson and left.

They planned to return to S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters first, finish the meeting they had not completed last time, and discuss the possibility of Thor joining the Avengers Initiative.

After all, he had protected Earth before. To avoid wasting that previous effort, it was only natural for him to protect it a few more times in the future!
