[Ding! The old Mental Space has completely shattered. Beginning step five: reforging the Metamorphic Mental Space!]

The Chip's notification sounded at just the right moment.

Within the white light of the black hole's explosion, an invisible force surged through the shattered Mental Space. It disturbed the matter pouring from the black hole, drawing the fused material together and shaping it anew.

The walls of the Mental Space, which had vanished, emerged once more and began to expand.

Countless runes of Innate Sorcery slowly surfaced across the newly formed walls.

"Once this step is complete, Innate Sorcery will become innate in the truest sense. This time, it's evolving alongside the Mental Space itself!"

"If I didn't have the Chip, all these powerful bloodlines, and my position as World Lord, this would probably be the most dangerous step!"

As Green watched the expanding Mental Space and the increasingly powerful fluctuations of his Innate Sorcery, excitement stirred within him.

Normally, a Wizard who practiced an Advanced Meditation Method would use his Soul Power at this stage to control the matter fused within his Mental Space and rebuild it. The Advanced Meditation Method would also take effect, evolving his own Fourth-Level innate ability within the rebuilt space.

At this stage, the stronger a Wizard's Soul Power, the larger his Mental Space would become.

A Wizard's Soul Power depended entirely on his Soul Talent. In other words, his aptitude determined how powerful he would be after advancing—and whether he could advance at all.

Before the assault on the Twin-Moon World, the concentration of elements on the East Coast had long since met the required standard. The leaders of the major factions had delayed their advancement so they could earn rewards from the World War and strengthen their foundations further.
