Under Roman's guidance, Green and Roman headed toward the top two floors of the library.

Inside the Imperial Library, quite a few nobles who had yet to leave watched Green and Roman head toward the two highest floors, their eyes filled with astonishment.

Quite a few nobles knew that Green and Roman had a good relationship, but Green was merely a low-level Soul Hunter who had appeared from who knew where. These noble youths had no interest in befriending him.

The noble youths gathered in groups of three or five and began discussing it.

"That Green actually went to the highest floor with Roman!"

"Are they really that close? Master Roman is famously strict throughout the Empire!"

"Probably not. Whenever Master Roman talks with Green, they practically discuss things as equals. That Green must really have some ability!"

A noble girl with an attractive figure and appearance spoke regretfully. "If I'd known, I would have built a good relationship with him!"

"What use is there in saying that now? He can already enter and leave the highest floor with Master Roman. Now we're the ones who have to curry favor with him!" a noble boy said disdainfully to the girl beside him.

However, when that noble boy looked toward Green, envy and jealousy still flickered in his eyes.

They arrived in front of the entrance to the Sixth Layer of the library.

Roman, who had been leading the way, suddenly turned around and said to Green, "The things inside are extremely terrifying. You'd better prepare yourself mentally!"

Hearing Roman's warning, Green nodded solemnly.

Seeing Green's serious expression, Roman nodded slightly. Blue Soul Power seeped from his body and flowed into the door before them.
