In the Soul Hunter World, Green's avatar was preparing to deal with an inspection. On the East Coast, major events were happening as well.

Ever since Green had advanced to the Fourth Level and held his ceremony at the Extreme Academy, it seemed to have spurred the other Third-Level Wizards on the East Coast.

With the tacit approval of the many factions, the wizards used some rather brutal methods to bring the war over the Twin-Moon World to a swift end.

The instant the East Coast wizards announced that they had completely occupied the Twin-Moon World, the rewards from the World Will descended upon the heads of the many wizards.

Under the world's rewards, the Third-Level Wizards of the various factions gained even deeper foundations. Green naturally received a share as well, but compared with the other Third-Level Wizards, Green had already become a Fourth-Level Wizard. The World Will's reward did not help him break through in any drastic way; it merely enhanced his Soul Talent.

Under these circumstances, the wizards of the various Advanced Meditation Schools began preparing to break through to the Fourth Level.

Unlike Green's special situation, when the other wizards on the East Coast wanted to break through, they first had to announce it, informing all the factions.

Of course, it was not a problem if they failed to give notice, but they would have to bear the consequences themselves.

When wizards broke through to the Fourth Level, they would trigger tremendous energy fluctuations, and their absorption of the surrounding energy would reach its peak.

Even wizards who practiced the Advanced Meditation Method did not have an especially severe demand for energy, but they would still inevitably cause disturbances.

Under such circumstances, if two wizards attempted breakthroughs at the same time while relatively close to each
