Three months later!
Outside the potion shop at the Imperial Library in Mars City, the line of customers stretched all the way to the end of the street. Every hunter in line looked bright-eyed and eager as they waited.
Some people were even trying to scalp their places in line, negotiating prices with those beside them.
Vendors had also appeared, selling all kinds of food.
The reason for all this was Green's newly released potion. After the Energy Recovery Potion, his next creation had naturally focused on restoring the body.
Using materials from this world, Green had made a new Life Potion that could rapidly heal physical injuries.
To his surprise, the Life Potion proved far more popular than the ordinary Soul Energy Recovery Potion.
The moment it went on sale, it caused a sensation across Mars City. Other departments of the Radiant Path Society even sent messages asking to trade with Green for the formula.
The reason lay in the Soul Hunter World's power system.
Its people came into contact with souls too early, before they had developed sufficient control. As a result, they could not use Sorcery as Wizards did.
That created a problem. Without the variety of methods Sorcery offered, Soul Hunters who relied on energy attacks often had few options and weak combat ability.
After all, at the beginning, everyone had roughly the same amount of Soul Energy. The difference in fighting strength naturally came down to physical power.
Technology was limited, too. Materials capable of bearing Soul Energy needed a certain strength, so weapons in this world were often Longswords and the like. That made the body crucial.
If someone's abilities were limited, they could absorb only a few souls. The souls they took in early on would then determine their upper limit.
