The bustling city of Gray Mist was lined with countless shops. Signs carved with the shop names stood along both sides of the streets.
Some of the larger shops were even decorated with crystals and gemstones, glittering brilliantly beneath the sunlight.
Passing Wizards were sometimes drawn in by the ornate signs and went inside to browse.
The streets were crowded with people, yet not a single one was an ordinary person. The entire city was full of Wizards.
A Wizard in a black robe was driving several creatures about the size of horses, with the appearance of rats.
Dark-gray metal armor covered their bodies, and an aura no weaker than that of a First-Level Wizard radiated from these Armored Rats.
The squeak of turning wheels mingled with the conversations of passersby, filling the street with a vibrant sense of life.
In the corners, quite a few Wizards were also doing business as street vendors.
They kept to the edges of the streets, occasionally taking items from their Spatial Bracelets and pitching them to nearby Wizards, selling their small wares. Bargaining could be heard from these spots now and then.
A rich sense of life permeated all of Gray Mist City.
At noon, golden sunlight spilled across the ground. On the rooftop of a high-end inn, a huge lounge chair had been placed near the edge.
On the small white table beside it sat a white square tray holding two cups of pale drinks. Wisps of white vapor rose from them, and a faint floral fragrance drifted across the rooftop.
As expected, Green was stretched out on the lounge chair.
He wore nothing but a pair of shorts, looking utterly relaxed.
