Having settled on the path he would take and resolved to use the feedback from World Fusion to add weight to his side of the Balance Rule's scales, then rely on that weight to shatter them, Green immediately began refining his entire plan.
"Of the hundreds of World Coordinates I obtained from the Soul Hunter World, most belong to Low-Grade Worlds, with only a handful belonging to Middle Worlds. World Fusion requires me to obtain the World Underlying Authority first, so the first step is to conquer those Low-Grade Worlds!"
Green narrowed his eyes slightly as he studied the coordinates of the hundreds of worlds displayed on the Chip's interface, a thoughtful look in his eyes.
"The first phase of the plan is to conquer those Low-Grade Worlds. I can leave that directly to the Bloodline Creatures. They now have Fourth-Level Lifeforms among them, and they've also learned some of the Wizarding World's technology. They should conquer the Low-Grade Worlds very quickly!"
Green was confident the Bloodline Creatures wouldn't need much time to conquer the Low-Grade Worlds. The advantage they held in both the Life Dimension and the Civilization Dimension would ensure they swiftly brought those worlds under their control.
The Middle Worlds, on the other hand, gave Green a bit of a headache!
Green carefully considered Infinite Blood's current state, then settled on a plan.
"First, I'll have the Bloodline Creatures attack the Low-Grade Worlds. According to Dimien's report, Fifth-Level Lifeforms should begin appearing in Infinite Blood over the next thousand years. With the support of Wizard civilization, that should also ensure the Bloodline Creatures emerge victorious in their battles against the Middle Worlds!"
