Deep in the Plain Region, behind the largest wooden laboratory, instruments now filled the space.
Green's figure darted between the instruments, his eyes alight with intense excitement.
He walked up to the enormous screen of one instrument and stared fixedly at it.
Countless fluctuations rippled across the screen—hundreds of millions of spacetime fluctuations refreshing at incredible speed. Unless one was a higher lifeform, merely observing the rapidly refreshing waves would take quite some time.
"I never imagined I'd make such a discovery!" Green murmured as he watched the instrument continuously sift through the fluctuations.
When he had absorbed the Rules of that pink Flesh-Ball Monster, he had used the conventional method to read its memories directly.
After all, these Errant Lifeforms came from different worlds, and the memories in their souls were extremely valuable. If he happened to discover some particularly precious knowledge, it would be a tremendous windfall.
While reading those memories, Green had discovered something about the pink Flesh-Ball Monster.
It had not come from an ordinary world, but from a special one.
The Dream World!
The Wizards of the Ancient Era had not been strangers to the Dream World. In fact, they had explored it extensively. Some Ancient Wizards had even invaded it directly and claimed a considerable amount of territory.
However, it was only after Green's level had risen and he had reached the Seventh Level that he learned from the Academy's Secret Realm library that the Dream World was not as simple as he had imagined.
First of all, according to the Ancient Wizards' records, the Dream World was extremely chaotic and bizarrely changeable. Its environment was as strange and unfathomable as a living being's dream. Today, a place might be a city; tomorrow, it could become a wasteland or a swamp. Life might exist
