And there were a series of massive fortresses built by a number of veteran Sovereigns who had joined the Wizard Civilization long ago, including the Silver Moon Sovereign, the Golden Wooden Man Sovereign, and the Merfolk Overlord. Each had combined the technology of the Wizard Civilization with that of their own civilization.
These Legions, formed from countless different civilizations, each had their own strengths. In a war between civilizations, they could produce unexpected results.
