Green's avatar, dressed in hemp clothes, appeared on the throne of the Bloodline Royal Court.
In the resplendent palace, a large group of Bloodline Creatures who had reached Seventh Level after ascending through the improved Ascension Device saw Green suddenly appear on the throne. They dropped to their knees, their eyes burning with fervent devotion.
With the Ascension Device fully improved, the technology for creating Seventh-Level Bloodline Creatures with Immortality had matured completely. The Bloodline Fusion Realm was no longer short of Seventh-Level Lifeforms.
Of course, this meant that vast quantities of resources were being consumed behind the scenes.
Although the Ascension Device's effects were astonishingly powerful, it was still restricted by the Balance Law. The restriction was not on the number of ascensions, but on the energy consumed.
The energy consumed by an Ascender inside the device was actually not great. But simply activating the Ascension Device required an enormous amount of energy.
What was more, once the Ascension Device stopped running, restarting it required even more energy. This was why the Symbiote Avatar had been so busy with the Ascension Project.
The Ascension Device was like a coal-fired power plant in his previous life. It consumed less energy if it kept running, but restarting it took a great deal of effort.
