Three days later, Green arrived at the Academy's Trading Area.
Over the previous three days, Green had tidied up the laboratory and made all the necessary preparations. Now that he had come to the Trading Area, he had two things to do. First, he needed to sell Potions and obtain enough Magic Stones for his breakthrough. Second, Green needed three human test subjects.
Most of the Wizards in the Academy came from mortal kingdoms and felt no aversion to the slave trade. After all, many Wizards had likely once been nobles themselves.
The Academy's Trading Area had small stalls specifically for students. As long as one handed over a Magic Stone at the Academy counter in the center of the Trading Area, one could obtain a stall space.
Green entered the Trading Area, bypassed the disorderly street stalls around the outskirts, and arrived before the Academy counter at the center of the education area.
Because the number of Academy apprentices had dwindled, the Trading Area seemed exceptionally deserted. There were not many apprentices here.
Seeing this, Green's expression darkened somewhat. The decrease in Academy apprentices and the sharp increase in mission rewards had reduced market demand. His Potions might not sell well.
On duty behind the Trading Area counter was a plump apprentice. Even the loose gray robe issued by the Academy could not conceal his enormous bulk.
Green sensed him out. There was no radiation emanating from the other party, which meant that he truly had this sort of physique.
