Leo finally understood why Kyle had chosen this place as the battlefield.
If they had still been on the ship, this spell probably would not have been able to display its true prowess at all.
Leo found it amusing.
Kyle kept talking about proving the power of Necromancy, yet he constantly allowed Necromancy to gain the advantage from the environment.

The skeletons began running at incredible speed, charging toward Leo's Flesh Puppets.
The skeletons' first charge was quickly held back by Leo's Flesh Puppets.
Individually, the strength of a single skeleton was not enough to shake one of Leo's Flesh Puppets.

Leo noticed that the shattered skeletons did not leave wreckage behind. Instead, the earth swallowed them.
Then Leo noticed something else.
As the number of skeletons decreased, their hardness instead rose by another level.
And that hardness was still increasing.
As the skeletons across the entire island continued to decrease in number,
the surviving skeletons grew larger and larger.
By the time only a hundred skeletons remained, their bodies had become more than three times larger than before.
Seeing this, Kyle smiled, waved a hand, and said, "The spell's preparation ends here. Wizard Leo, come witness the power of Necromancy!"
One hundred skeletons charged
