Just as Dago was engrossed in reading at the Forest Library.
Bernal slowly hovered at the edge of a floating island near the tower. He took out a small communication crystal, brought it close to his mouth, and murmured something.
Very soon, the light of the Rune Magic Array enveloping the floating island flickered slightly, automatically opening a gap.
Just as Bernal was about to enter through the gap in the array, a figure stepped out from within first.
"Brother Bernal!"
The one who appeared was a young blond, blue-eyed man. He radiated the powerful spiritual force fluctuations of a Second-Ring Wizard, and his handsome features were like those of a sun god.
His eyes brimmed with excited tears. From afar, he opened his arms toward Bernal, babbling incoherently, "I can hardly believe it—it's you! You really came back, my Brother Bernal!!"
"Carl, long time no see!"
When Bernal saw the young man, a smile appeared on his face as well. The two lightly embraced in the air outside the floating island.
After releasing Bernal, the young wizard called Carl sensed the aura fluctuations emanating from him and frowned. "Brother Bernal, has your strength truly declined so much? You can't even maintain the Second Circle anymore. Those people from Thorns of Pain went too far back then."
Bernal said blandly, "That is how soul injuries are. If no solution can be found, my strength can only keep declining."
"Brother Bernal, you may not know this, but the relic space left behind in our region by the ancient wizard faction, the Mirrorwood Court, finally has a chance to be fully opened. I received definite news that the three Ring Lords of the Thorn Ring will also emerge one after another for this matter."
"This is your best chance to rise again.
