The six of them played around on the beach as if they were children.

Shizuku snorted as she watched Stella's bold eating habits.
"Just what I'd expect from a Tyrannosaurus Rex."
"Wha' did ya say?"
"I said, watch your mouth."
"All right, all right. There's still plenty of meat."
Ikki could not stand watching any longer and stepped in to mediate.
Luo Mio sighed and looked at his older sister.
"Sis, aren't you eating?"
Touka was holding her Student Handbook, her face grave as she stared at it.
Arisugawa walked over with the extra grilled skewers in hand.
"Here. What happened?"
Touka accepted the skewer from Arisugawa.
"Thanks."
"It seems terrorist attacks are happening simultaneously in different places across the country."
Stella and Shizuku, who had still been arguing, stopped and looked toward Touka.
"Terrorist attacks..."
Ikki also looked at Touka with a grave expression.
Upon hearing Touka's words, Luo Mio's first reaction was to look at Arisugawa. However, Arisugawa wore the same solemn expression, dispelling his suspicions.
The only organization capable of launching terrorist attacks across the entire country at once, especially with the Seven Stars Sword Dance Festival about to begin, was the Rebel Army.

At Luo Mio's shout, the four of them turned their attention to their own feet.
Having taken part in terrorist attacks many times, Touka was the first to shift her attention to the other civilians on the beach.
The rapidly rising seawater had already caught the attention of a small number of people, but the overwhelming majority had not noticed it. It was a day off, and it was midday.
Stella surveyed the beach and said in disbelief, "There isn't even a single lifeguard on duty!"

Skoll rose to his feet and howled toward the sky.

The white wolf's massive howl instantly spread across the entire beach.
Hearing such a loud wolf howl, the crowd immediately turned their heads toward Luo Mio.
Luo Mio took a breath. This was the first time in his life he had faced such a large crowd.
After using magic to amplify his voice, Luo Mio addressed the people on the beach. "I am a first-year student of Hagun Academy."
Then the other white wolf, Hati, rose to her feet.
Touka gripped Narukami in her hand.
"I am the Student Council President of Hagun Academy, Toudo Touka!"
"This beach is about to be struck by a tsunami. Please evacuate immediately!"
Then Shizuku's expression suddenly changed behind the giant wolves.
"It's too late!"
With a thunderous boom, an enormous sound came from the sea.
Everyone looked over. The surface of the sea had turned white, and a long wall of water had appeared!
The surging, roaring tidal wave charged toward the shore.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!"
People fled in panic, their screams of escape mingling with children's cries and relatives calling out as they searched for one another.
Watching the enormous wave about to reach the shore.
"Shizuku! Stella! Sis!"
Luo Mio shouted, and the three women immediately scattered along the shore and summoned their Devices.

The two giant wolves raced toward higher ground.
Luo Mio jumped down from Skoll's back while holding Touka.
"Is everyone all right?"

Ikki and Arisugawa shook their heads to indicate they were fine.
Stella and Shizuku, seated nearby, as well as Touka in his arms, also indicated that they were merely exhausted from draining their magic power.
Luo Mio watched as the tsunami crashed onto the beach, toppling facilities, stalls, and convenience stores. Fortunately, their efforts had greatly reduced the wave's speed and power.
Ikki stared at it with a grave expression.
"This tsunami..."
Just then.
"Mio, watch out!" Fu Hua's warning rang out in Luo Mio's mind.
At the same time, Skoll and Hati both turned toward one spot, letting out low growls to warn everyone.
