Luo Mio first drew public attention during his match with Kirimura Seiya. He avoided or blocked Kirimura’s attacks without deploying his Device, then summoned the giant white wolves Skoll and Hati to end the match. The announcers subsequently disclosed that he was an A-Rank Knight 28.

His Finality nature initially surfaced as an internal threat. During his battle with Yakushi Kiriko, Honkai patterns appeared in his eyes and a voice urged him toward destruction; he nearly killed Kiriko before Fu Hua’s voice restored his senses 54. Later, he openly acknowledged that he had been born as Finality, but chose to remain in the world because of its beauty and the people within it 72.

He became a representative participant for the Seven Stars Sword Dance Festival after completing the selection battles. Commentator Muroto identified him as an A-Rank Knight with the world’s highest Magic Power 80.
